Next morning it is 6.30 am but Nandini has still not come, manik was waiting for her he was getting impatient.
Manik's POV
Has she slept due to tiredness, what should I do, should I call, will my call disturb her sleep.

Manik's peeps out of his window to saw light in her house so he goes to her house to find out. shailaja opens the door.
Manik : aunty aaj nandini hamare ghar nahi aayi , so rahi hai kya ?
Shailaja : she has cold and fever, in the morning when she did not wake up I went to her room to find she burning with fever.
Manik runs upstairs to see Nandini . Venkatesh is speaking to sujata about Nandini, nandini was lying on the bed , her face was pale and she was sneezing, and her eyes and nose had turned red. She saw manik and signaled him to come near her, manik touched Nandini's forehead , she was burning with fever, he holds her hand, he feels bad that it is because of him that Nandini fell sick , he wanted to get wet in rain . she was so considerate, she brought medicine for him but he did not even think once that she too needs medicine I did not ask her once also whether she has taken medicine or not.
Manik : nandu I am sorry for not taking care of you.
Nandini : I will be fine. Don't worry.
After sometime sujata comes there and examines nandu and brings medicines for her , she asks her to take rest today and not to go to clinic. She say there is nothing to worry the fever would subside down.
Shailaja gets coffee and breakfast for Nandini , Manik helps her to sit, takes breakfast plate from Shailaja , and feeds nandini , gives her medicines and again tucks her in bed. Moving his fingers through her hair to put her to sleep.
Manik comes down to find Nyonika and Harshvardhan also there. They came enquire about Nandini . He hugs Nyonika and cries.
Manik : I should have taken care of her.
Nyonika : don't blame yourself , we too are guilty, she takes so much care of us , but we forgot her
Manik : I promise I will never let it happen again. from today she is my responsibility , and i will take care of her.
Shailaja and Venkatesh are moved by manik's action and words, Venkatesh hugs manik and consoles him
Venkatesh : don't worry manik , she should be fine. Sujata said it just because she got wet yesterday and nothing else.
It is afternoon but Nandini is still sleeping . manik is there in her room only, Shailaja asks manik to have lunch, but he denies and says he would have it with Nandini when she wakes up .Nandini wakes up to find manik beside her.
Manik : how are you feeling now.
Nandini : better
Manik hugs her and cries : I am sorry nandu , this is all because of me. We shouldn't have got wet in rain.
Nandini : don't blame yourself , even I love rains , that moment was memorable for me also so don't ruin it by saying sorry for it . Our first rain together, I cherish that moment.(hugs manik). I am fine now see fever has gone, no cold , I am hungry too even you must have not eaten anything na, let me freshen up I will back in two minutes.
Manik : how can you say that I have not eaten anything
Nandini : keeps her hand on her heart and says "my heart told me that"
Manik just stares at her with a questioning look.
Nandini : dumb your face says so.
Nandini and manik come down . Shailaja is happy to see a smile on manik's face.
Shailaja : how are you nandu, at last I have seen manik smiling since morning he is so sad ,he was sitting besides all the time, sponging your feet and palms with cold water placing wet handkerchief on your forehead to cool you down, checking you fever every now and then , and he has not eaten anything since morning.
Nandini : (holds manik's hand and makes him sit on dining table)ya maa i know it, I am so hungry , serve us both
Nandini and manik have lunch both taking turns to feed each other. Shailaja is admiring them.
Shailaja : you are such a darling manik. My daughter is lucky to have you as her life partner, from now on my all worries for Nandini have vanished after seeing how much to care and love her. Promise me now that you both will stay together always no matter what happens. Aiyappa take care our children keep them safe and sound
Manik : I promise that I will never let you down maa
Shailaja :(tears rolls from her eyes) , you are always welcomed here manik you need not feel shy or awkward to come here . Nandini is yours ( kisses manik's forehead and manik hugs her)
Manik : thank you maa for making me comfortable, I always felt you and paa may not be comfortable with nandini and me spending so much time with each other since three days i being always glued to Nandini.
Shailaja : I know your love is in the blooming stage , so how difficult it is for you both to stay away from each other . and you both just want to spend time with each other to know each other , it is perfectly fine with us ,we are broad minded people , and we trust you both also so we are comfortable with it. Venkatesh is watching hearing all their talks from his room he too comes out and hugs manik.
Nandini is happy to see manik bonding with her parents and finally he has won their trust for her .
Manik makes Nandini take medicines and asks her to rest. Manik goes home to freshen up , meanwhile Nandini also has bath so that she feels better. As Nandini opens her cupboard to remove clothes she sees the saree manik gifted her, she thinks she should try it. Nandini wears blouse and petticoat and she is trying to drape the saree when manik enters her room, she feels shy seeing him so manik turns his face and say sorry . He is about to go from there. When nandini asks him to wait
Nandini : Manik where are you going , help me drape the saree.
Manik : are you sure I should wait.
Nandini calls manik for a hug with open arms
Manik seeing the invitation hugs her.
Manik : you never fail to surprise me , I thought you would ask me to go
Manik comes near her to hold the saree, and offers her to tuck the saree, he started tucking the saree in her petticoat, his fingers were brushing against her belly , it was sending shivers through her body, she stood still looking at him, and so does he.
Manik : what nandini, I don't know how to drape a saree, I am only helping you , you only have to drape it , so do it , why are you standing still, waise if you wish to stand like this , I don't mind , it is treat watching you like this
Nandini : I am bound to lose my senses na, when a handsome guy is giving me shivers down my spine , I am on verge of losing control over myself. so i am gathering all senses back.
Manik I elated to hear her words , leaves the saree and hugs nandini saying " don't control na , let me take charge , promise to live up to your expectations, will not disappoint you"
Nandini : maa and paa are downstairs and still 20 days to go
Manik : 19 days
Nandini : hahaha and pecks on his lips.
Manik : aise nahi budhu, and pulls her closer for long kiss.
Nandini : withdrawing herself, "naughty manik" and again begins to drape the saree
Manik helps nandini to hold and adjust the pleats of the saree and pinning her saree pallu. They both are standing in front of the mirror , manik was adoring the way she was looking in that saree.
Nandini : this is beautiful manik
Manik : I know the saree is beautiful, but you have given it new dimensions, you have enhanced it. He pulled her towards him grabbing her from waist, started nuzzling her ears and biting her earlobe , drawing her hair on one side dropped wet kisses on her back and neck.
Nandini : groaned "manik"
Manik : (breaking the back hug) it is difficult to suppress you, just can't take my eyes off you , I think I should leave, bye I am going to meet Cabir
Nandini : dont gp leaving me alone
Manik : nandini , I can't manage to control my feelings
Nandini : then don't control , let them flow.
Manik gets instigated hearing her and locks the door, he pulled her and pressed her body to his and muttered " you are driving me insane" then smacked her lips and kissed her hungrily, they break their kiss panting hard and breathing heavily , Nandini quickly tries to move away , but manik gets hold of her saree pallu and pulls it , she twirls opening her saree seductively making him go even more mad , he pins her to the wall, nandini is standing only in petticoat and blouse and manik is mesmerising her from top to bottom.
Manik : you want to my feelings to flow, so come let me show u how I am feeling.
Nandini : I just didn't want you to go baas, and covers her face with both her hands
Manik removes her hand from her face, smirks at her
Manik : I won't do anything till you want it or are ready for it. if you had not distracted me like this , I had come to ask you whether you are coming for harshad's party.
Nandini : of course , Yes
Manik : then be ready I come to pick you up at 8, so now you will rest till then , I have to go cabir's house to discuss about dubai concert. and moves his hand on her belly to tease her. bye and miss me okay.
Nandini : making a sad face , "bye"
manik reaches cabir place and inform him about this marriage date
cabir : saale tu hum sab se tezz nikala, hamare baare mein socha bhi nahi, we all were waiting when you find your soulmate. Then we will marry as we did not want to leave you alone, and you have just informing about your marriage date. And sings "dost , dost na raha
Manik : cabir, tera melodrama baand kar , we do everything in fab5 style , so why not we get married also FAB5 isstyle.
Cabir : what do you mean
Manik : duffer , we all get married on the same date .
Cabir : me and navya are in for it our parents are just waiting for our nod, but what about others.
Manik : accha who aaj sab party mein aa rahe hai na tab baat karte hai. Actually I came to share something with you and tells him all about nandini's securities and his long tour concerts.
Cabir : I don't think she is insecure manik
Manik : that day you remember how she reacted in the mall.
Cabir : ya , but I am sure that was the first instance she faced it so that was her reaction but as your relationship will grow she will understand. But yes you staying away for months from her for concerts is a problem. We are not experiencing this problem as we all are in same profession. We always together. But we may experience it at some point of time when our priorities will change as per our responsibilities. But it is not a serious one we can manage.
Manik : cabir at some point of time we have to settle down , I think we need to diversify our business .
Cabir : yes we need to definitely diversify find some solutions we should consult our parents may be they have a solution for this. Have you spoken about this with nandini
Manik : abhi nahi, today she had fever, abhi use medicine dekar sula kar aaya hoon
Cabir : so are you both coming for harshad's party or not
Manik : yes we are coming , chal yaar I will go back home , have to check on nandini also we will discuss later
Manik comes to nandini's residence , she was sleeping he checks for fever, but she was fine and had no fever, h came back home and he too being tired fell asleep.
