If you are not willing to understand there is nothing we can say or do that can make you understand.

Thank you for your input and wise and worldly opinions... Because of people like you countries like ours are over populated with no family planning and more than 50 % of people living under poverty lines with no education...

All the very best to you!! I bow to your superior intelligence and morality...

There is a little 'etc' after career, which I believe u've missed
It is illegal in India to abort a child unless out of rape or medical reasons
Navya is a child ?? - no she is not
What do u know about me - I cannot have a child .. May be that's y I know the importance of children more than other ppl
Family planning means using contraceptive to control the family
Foeticide is different ... It means killing
Get ur facts right
U can't make me understand because I know I have a very open n modern thinking n I don't judge things according to what ppl say, so if many ppl have a different thinking it doesn't bothers me...I don't just find it wrong
N about my intelligence n morality... Beyond reasonable doubt... Anyone who knows me will tell u.. But forget it.. That's not what's in question...if she wants to have the child, she shall...

sorry to butt in, but as per indian laws (sorry forgot which code) abortion is legal in India (the only illegal thing is if someone else but the mother decides to undergo it)
i have read the code myself and i'll try to look for it for you

Yes shravya i get it!! If the girl has family support, financial means i hv no problem regarding that...for example if it was Aliya who became pregnant i wont mind her hving the baby...but navya's case is different, she doesnt even has a place to live...if she does plan to keep the child its cool too...but just as u said she needs to arrange financial support and take help from parents and relatives...in the present scenerio its shown she is forcibly living with Cabir which is not a solution.. If Navya keeps the child she and her mother really need to talk abt it and start planning abt the baby.

BOLD ...i second that...the pegnancy track is not at all given importance. very badly executed as well.
and i totally agree its high time navya sorts this with her mother and start planning about the future of the baby 😊😊

Seriously tina i agree, no one but the girl who is going through this can understand...its always easy to judge and pass a comment (like i'm doing😆)but only the sufferer knows what she is going through...its not an easy decision.

She and her mother really need to have a serious talk ...this marriage thing is all bullshit...

I m a qualified lawyer can guarantee u it's illegal

An abortion can be performed in India until the 20th week of pregnancy. The opinion of a second doctor is required if the pregnancy is past its 12th week.

The Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act was amended in 2002 and 2003 to allow doctors to provide mifepristone and misoprostol (also known as the "morning-after pill") on prescription up until the seventh week of pregnancy.

An abortion is permitted in the following cases:

  • A woman has a serious disease and the pregnancy could endanger her life
  • A woman's physical or mental health is endangered by the pregnancy
  • The foetus has a substantial risk of physical or mental handicap
  • A woman contracts rubella (German measles) during the first three months of pregnancy
  • Any of a woman's previous children had congenital abnormalities
  • The foetus is suffering from RH disease
  • The foetus has been exposed to irradiation
  • The pregnancy is the result of rape
  • A woman's socio-economic status may hamper a healthy pregnancy

damn why did i have to cross road with a lawyer😆(just joking)
anyway been a few years back when i read it, but back to your post:
1) her pregnancy hasnt passed the 12th week yet (yesterday they said 2 months pregnant)
2) we can use the last point of what you wrote, it's valid here

acha i'm not fighting here for abortion or not, my views are very very confused on this issue because i cannot and dont even understand the repercussions associated with it😳
