"Nandini we have reached " he pat her warm cheek to wake her but she did not moved ,he waited for passengers to move out he picked her up and walked out of the plane"please Aayaappan no more shocks he feel weak and his leg shakes as he walked out of airport
"kya huwa Nandini ko"Chacha asked as they saw him
"how is amms tell me that" Manik asked
"she is not stable" Chacha said And open door for him he seated with Nandini.There was a pin drop silence in car both of them were not getting from where to start
Nandini moved her head in sleep she had again nightmare held her tight kissed her forehead because of darkness chacha couldn't see them, she grab his shirt thigh in her fist.
"Maink have you told her" chacha asked as they reached hospital
"She is having high temperature I didn't had courage to tell her" he said

"How I will face Chachi,I couldn't protect her Nandini" he was tense ,He saw her coming she opened the door and sat,She look at them both were look older a day had changed them

Amms was in ICU she ask him to take her to room ,he obeyed her order he made her rest on sofa as he tried to free his shirt she woke up"Manik" she was frightened
"here" he sat next to her she look around and saw Chachi wiping her tears"this is not home Manik you have brought me to wrong place" she said
"nandu amms is in hospital"chacha said Nandini left his shirt and stand
"What happened to her?" she tried to take few steps ,Manik stand behind her to catch her
"she saw news and had heart attack" Chachi said Nandini look back at Manik as he held her both arms.She gave him a blank look and faint in his arms
"Nandu " Chachi rush to her
" aaj kuch zaida hogaya hai iss ka saath " Chacha said and called Dr
"Manik why you haven't told her before you were bring her here " Chachi look at him and said he made her rest on bed

Dr came in at same time " dr see she fainted , she is having temperature too " Manik said , Dr look at him and checked her" she is stress out , i will give her injection she must rest " he was about to hold her arm Manik came forward and held it as he injected he closed his eyes Dr look at him" i will send nurse she will keep wet cloth on her forehead "
"no need of Nurse i can manage " he said and like a thief look at Chacha , Cahchi who were busy talking
"Manik Amm's want to see Nandini " Chachi came and asked him
" we can't take her like this in front of her " Manik caress her arm and said
"you meet her and tell her she is here but sick that is why dr is not allowing her to come in ICU" Chachi said
"Me" Manik pointed at himself
"yes beta she will at least be relax to see you here " Chacha said
" chala " he caress Nandini and with eyes asked Chachi to be with her she pat his shoulder and asked him to go
'"what i will say to her if she will ask me about our marriage ?" he asked himself " i will sure not lie " he took a deep breath and walked in ,he walked to her bed and stand far away , she with hand call him to come close
"Nandu" she asked him removing her mask
"she is fine mein " he bend over her and whispered
"Manik" she said before he could complete
"But your face is saying she is not " she said and hold his hand , which was cold and shivering
"she has temperature that is why Dr has is not allowing her to come in " he said she closed her eyes

Dr pull him away " i am asking you to leave" he slowly let go her hand ,and he walked out of the place
"Ayyappan please ab sub acha ho " he walked back to room , Chachi was keeping wet cloth on Nandini forehead
" Chachi i will do , you rest " he walked to her and said
"have you seen your face in mirror ?" Chachi asked him , he made sad face caress his face " how is Amm's ?" she asked
" she is better , she talked to me " he said and give a weak smiled, chachi pulled his ear suddenly , he look at Chachi

"sorry " he wiped his tears and made sad face

at some part of night he doze off next to her it was dawn when she woke up ,she look around and at first didn't get were she was "Manik " she looked on her side and find him sleeping keeping his head on bed ,she moved his hand from her forehead , he woke up
"Nandini " Manik look at her , " Amms " she whispered he caress her face and pecked her
" she is fine " he stretch his arms ,"water " he check her forehead and made her drink water,he look at her she was staring at him without blinking once " what " he wiped his face , he saw a weak smile on her face .he look at her hand she was holding her locket .
" you should leave Manik for Mumbai " she said he look at her "go you said you are coming here to leave me " she push him away he stand
" ok fine " he walked to the door she was trying to step down of bed
" go i dont need you " Nandini said
" stubborn " he angrily walked out of the room
