Manik walked in class with a big smile Pandit ji followed him , Nandini with eyes asked him what he was doing there , he pulled a chair and sat and started playing games on his cell

"Nandini if you were not feeling well you should have told me " Pandit said

she cough and with her puffed eyes she look at him , she started playing her Veena , Dhurv was uncomfortable in presence of Manik ,he was not able to play the correct chord

Pandit looked at him " 15 mins break " he without looking at them walked out

Dhurv too followed him ,completely ignored Manik . "why you came here ?" she asked him ,he didn't replied yawn and rub his neck rested his head with the back and closed his eyes , she recollected Chachi words she taken out the medicine and walked to him

"Manik apply this " she placed it in his lap , he opened his eyes looked at her and close back " you go home and sleep " she look around and kneel down next to him ,he didn't replied " Manik i am feeling better now " she whisper and gently applied ointment ,as her hand touch his skin he opened his eyes and touch her forehead

" you are still having temperature, let me take you to the dr " he stopped her to apply

"Manik "she forcefully applied

" thank God i convince Chachi to ask Principle to let me stay with you " he cupped her chin and turn her face up to his "why you are doing this to me ? " he became serious "you can take sick leave and go home and rest " he said but before he could complete Pandit cleared his throat

" if your done with romance lets start class " he was annoyed

" she is having high fever , can't you see " Manik suddenly stood up and said

"Manik " she grab his hand

"really let me check " Pandit step forward , Manik came in between and she quickly step back and hide behind Manik clutches his shirt

" i know you don't want her to be my student , stop playing childish game " he wickedly smiled and walked away

"Manik you are with me ,let me take this class" she hold his arm and whisper , she request rub her hand to calm him , he pull chair next to her and sat close to her ,his presence next to her made her more strong she started playing

it being hour she was continuously playing because of temperature her every join was paining she avoided eye contact with Manik as he was reading her face ,he look at the time , Dhruv was witnessing Manik restlessly he was off and on checking her forehead and rubbing her shoulder

"Sir lunch break " Dhruv suddenly placed his guitar down and stood up

Pandit looked at time it was 2 , " ok 1 hour break " he without looking at them walked out

" i will kill this B******" Manik shouted

"Manik " she in weak voice stopped him she placed her head on his knee

" let me take you to the canteen " he run his hand in her hairs

" no i am fine here like this " she closed her eyes

" Nandu please have something, then i will give you medicine " he whisper kissed her head ,she held him more tightly

Dhruv had seen him taking care of him , but he had never seen Manik this side ,he walked out of the room " how much he love Nandini i could never love her like him " he said to him self

"have you seen Manik ? he is not picking up the call ,and no one had seen him " Cabir , Mukti and Aliya asked him

" he is with Nandini in there "he pointed towards the room

"Nandini" Mukti step ahead to see

" don't go she is sleeping " Dhruv said without looking at them

"what " Aliya and Mukti look at each other and peep in through the door

"She is having temperature and Manik has taken permission from Principle to be with her " Dhurv said

" why she came to college ?" Cabir tries to see in

"that i dont know ?" he replied

"Manik never taken care of me like this " Aliya said as she saw him running his finger in Nandini hairs

"he was your friend , he loves her " Cabir said and walked in other direction

"Nandini is lucky to have him in her life " Mukti step back with tears in her eyes

In staff room

Pandit was pouring tea in his cup , he was having flash back how Manik was brushing Nandini back when so ever she was coughing , he was making her drink water after every 15 mins his eyes was on her all the time ,

" Pandit ji hope Manik is not bothering you " Nyonika said that from behind as she saw the teas was overflowing from cup, he had burn his hand , he look back at her ,she smiled ,he didn't replied .

" i you have thrown him out of your class " she added , He look at her

"i can't apart them " walked away

In music room

They all walk on tip of their toe in side ,Manik was lost in sleeping Nandini he himself look sick as if he haven't slept the whole night,he didnot realized as the all approach near him he notice them , Mukti forward a cup of coffee to him , he looked at her with moist eyes ,he placed his finger on his lips ,they all nod and sat near them

Cabir touch her forehead and look at Manik

" after class i will take her to hospital , whole night she was vomiting and had high temperature "he without any full stopped whisper " i feel like killing this Pandit , he cannot see how much she is coughing " he caress her cheek " if she had not taken promise from me i would have sort him out " he said covering her with his jacket as it slide down her shoulder as she cough

They all look at each other as he has given them many question to ask , but Cabir stopped them as it was not the right time

" she is not eating " he worriedly ask them

They all smiled at him

"what ?" he stared at them ,they all shakes their head

Nandini woke up she look around and found all of them sitting around her "Manik " she was not recollecting where she was

"here "he shakes his hand which she was holding she look back at him

She blushed and sit straight

Cabir cleared his throat and smiled " here is soup finish it " he taken out a bowl and passed her

She made face " Oh Cabir you are genius " Manik grabbed it from his hand and opened it

" this Dhruv got it from market " he added

Manik smiled at Dhruv "come on turn around " he knocked on Nandini head

" i will vomit " she placed her hand on her face

"no problem i will clean but you have to finish it " he with eyes asked Mukti and Aliya to help he both turn her around so sudden that Nandini didn't get time to react he trap her between his knee, everyone had a laughter

"aah " he brought spoon near her she tries to run away but Cabir ran to help he opened her mouth Nandini had no option but to open her mouth

"i will not talk to anyone of you " she said as she finished it they all had a laughter

"Monster company " she tries to hide but didn't get chance

"Manik when ever Nandini will get sick you will call all of us to feed her " Cabir pull their leg

she blushed and hide herself in his jacket

" Ishq Aur mushq chupaye nahi chupta." Cabir said loud

Pandit witness everything he step back and walked away

i think i should better end it here , do let me know should i continue or end here and come up with a new story
