I don't know what to say after reading this amazing post, and everyones beautiful comments and analysis. My response seems so lame compared to all the beautiful analysis and comments here, but I'm giving my shot :D

I just read your post right after reading Vidya's hand post and OMFG.. My fangirling went over the roof!!! Why do you guys do this to me.. I'm supposed to be studying.. but all these posts just make me want to reside into the KYY worlds and my Manan fantay land forever... ❤️

He was tired and exhausted, He's probably dying to get some sleep, but the first thing he did as soon as he came back was to come and meet her. HE BRUSHED AWAY ALL HIS EXHAUSTION JUST TO MEET HER. HIS STAR! He drives to his safe haven without even realizing. He is hesitant to press the horn, he doesn't want to wake her up.

BUT THE THING IS... SHE KNEW! She knew he would come and meet her, and she took all that effort to prepare him a special surprise. to rid him of his exhaustion, and give him peace.

How cute they both looked, the small petite doll reaching up on her tiptoes to cover the eyes of her towering giant. How she guided him up to her surprise, how she shushed him, silently asking him to trust her right now.

She prepared a beautiful Venue on the terrace, complete with pillows and popcorn. All for him. This was the same girl who once said that she hated stars and wanted to crush them and throw them away... but now, she is gazing the stars along with him because her monster likes them. And they lie side by side gazing at the stars... the fireflies of the skies.

She reaches to touch his hand... his surprise, then comfort. the gentleness as he caresses her fingers, as he brushes the lock of hair behind her ears, as he traces his fingers down her cheeks.. It is a simple gesture.. but filled with so much love and feelz. He turn to look at her, lost in her gaze. The Irony.. she wanted him to gaze at the stars, but he ended up getting lost in the eyes of his shining star..

The naughtiness when she throws popcorn him to break his gaze, his smile at her innocence.. their cute banter.. the couplish teasing: Mr. Malhotra, Ms. Murthy <3

He admits to that is does not hurt that much anymore... he believes in her hope... he trusts her with his heart... he wants her to win. The boy has fallen too deep in love with her... There is no going back, and he is starting to slowly accept that.

Never have I seen two people who complete each other and behave and think as a single soul, yet keeping their individual identities. And like many have said already... there is something about our Manik and Nnandhini that spreads an aura of feels amongst the viewers. Even while we enjoy the intimate scenes like diwali and holi, it is normal scenes like this and the ice-cream scene that produce the most feels in me. they are the foundation to their relationship. These to can make even the most simplest of scenes seem extra romantic, and they generate the most feels. Normalcy brings out the most Intimacy. While intimacy is the aftermath of love.. Normalcy is what creates this binding true love in the first place.

Oh.. I don't know what to write anymore... too lost in fangirling.Still can't get over the terrace scenes.. i cant keep myself from smiling. I'm going to rewatch those scenes over and over again. Uff... Babie be love forever!!!

Aww thank YOU for such a lovely response/analysis🤗 I won't tire of reading descriptions/analysis of this scene anytime soon cuz it's melted even the most cynical of hearts...lol suddenly all the things we complain about when it comes to MaNan seem insignificant cuz we got them back after what felt like ages and that too with such a lovely scene :-)

I love the running theme of him always waiting under her window, this time he didn't want to honk because he had an inkling that she will come on her own , hence he gets out but the moment of hesitation seeps in, tries to rationalize it to the late hour of the night but then just like that she is there, covering his eyes , taking him to a world of their own.

He was so touched, so content , so happy to see that someone was waiting for him, that Nandini didn't gave up on them, she waited , was hopeful and was glowing because of him. This was love .

The banter , he tells her that he could have gone home because he was dead tired, not even hiding the geniune fatigue ,she smiles, lets him know that he is predictable now- she is his home and he will always come to her.This trust is the reason for her hope and their love.

She knew instinctively that his stars will heal him , the ones above in the sky and the one with him at that moment. He cannot stay angry at his stars and she is the one that shines the brightest of them all.

The way she gives him the update of her day, child-like reporting him about every missed moment. His smile at it because he knows what she is doing and how much he wanted to know all that himself. And just like that he shares his. Teasing her how he couldn't get through the network , it was a problem because he knew the "Princi" was worried for him.

But it was when she held his hand , it was then he felt home and he couldn't hide. He had to tell her that he is not angry now, that he is healing , her hope is repairing his broken heart and that in her hope is his hope too.

An, such perfection, such domesticity . This ability to always connection emotionally, to have that trust that even when they are not together they can go to each other and have that break . Share such honesty even when one is hurt and angry makes them so mature , so special. Proving why it's just not push and pull but a constant- their love, respect and trust is always unbreakable , hence they can be together even when they are not.

@bold: I haven't talked about those bits enough in all the gushing about the latter part...lol...but oh how I love that transition too...when he retorts with a "You take me too much for granted", she ever so sweetly switches to "Maine toh pura din riyaaz kiya"...she didn't ask him what he did...she knew he would anyways respond😆...the simple catching up, the way she was knowingly teasing him about the Pandit and wanted a jealous response for her amusement purposes from him and he knew why she was doing it so he just smiled and segued into talking about school memories.

One of the best things about this relationship is how Nandu just KNOWS how to get him to TALK to her...no matter what...she knows how to distract him, disarm him ever so smoothly...and even if he somewhere knows what she is doing, he willingly plays along cuz he can't help himself😆...basic truth of Manik's life...he can't help himself when it comes to Nandini😆...she never really asked him if he tried to call her...he ended up volunteering that info on his own without realizing it cuz that's how much he relaxes only and only with HER.

I really loved yesterday's episode. First of all hats off to the writers, they could have easily gone for a random hot scene and people would have been more than happy but as always they gave their characters, their story and their audience a whole load of respect. This is why KY2 is unique, the audience for the most part is treated as an equal and we are given storylines and plotlines that make the story go forward.

I loved how he came straight to her house. He is dead tired, and just wants to sink into a bed but he drives to her place because he knows he cannot sleep if he does not see her. He was about to honk but was mindful that it was really late and she might be sleeping, a soft smile lights up his face and he gets out, unsure if she is sleeping or not. But his girl knew, she knew he would come for her, would try to bridge that distance of one day and he did. The quiet companionship of star-gazing, all the tiredness in the world and he finally finds his peace with her. I loved how he tucked that errant strand of hair behind her ear and I loved how she revelled and rejoiced in his touch. They don't need words because they understand each other, their love story is an ode to love itself, love,care, companionship, passion, need, their love is made of it all.*Sigh*

These are the episodes that builds the base for the MaNan pheels and I love it.

@red: Word👏...Slowly but steadily they've surprisingly managed to gain my respect too for how pleasantly they've surprised me when I expect them to fall prey to cliches...as you said, it would have been very convenient to throw in a random hot scene without head or tail and most of the audience would be happy enough anyways...but they took the care to give MEANING to the scene...that touched my heart.

Aww thank you! What a lovely collage you've made here...tying the parallels to that fateful night when Nandu promised to shine for him and he was never the same henceforth :-)...She's still keeping that promise and shining for him even in the darkest of times.

Yesterday I kept thinking about these two all day at work. I had this huge smile every time I thought back to all the things he does for her. Like HE LOVES HER SO MUCH. JUST SO MUCH.
