Will the Ultimate Step be the Ultimate Deal Breaker between Manik and Nandhini...i.e SEX...
Nandhini's POV:
She has a Traditional Upbringing...where elders teach the young ones from an very early age that SEX is something that needs to happen within the confines of a Secured and Socially Accepted Relation/Bond i.e Husband and Wife.
Why is that so much important for them...?
Its because they believe at the core that...this Ultimate step...bonds two persons Physically , Emotionally and Psychologically...and this bond needs to be formed only with that one person who is to be with you...your whole Life...
They believe in the concept of One Man Woman and One Woman Man...they do not believe in the concept of Dating where people try to search for The One by ...Painful Trial and Error...
So coming back to Nandhini eventhough she is been ingrained the above thought process from a very young age...She makes her own views...her own decisions based on her Own Experiences...
She is a Traditional Girl ...but with a Modern approach to Life...She does not shy away from Physical Intimacy when she falls in Love...She does not consider walking down that road wrong...
But maybe and just maybe...SEX is the One Line she wont cross...not because she thinks that it is Wrong before Marriage.. Or because she does not Trust her and Manik's Love enough...BUT because she knows that crossing that Line would mean Crossing the ultimate boundary drawn by the TRUST that her Family has on her...
Her Ams... who is in Mangalore...her Chacha , Chachi... they Trust her not to cross the Ultimate Boundary which according to them is not Correct ...and Nandhini cant/wont break their Trust...She knows it would break their Hearts...if the Trust is Broken...
But All Said and Done...Nandhini is after all a Human Being...and Mind does not always dictate the Heart...if in a 1 in Million Scenario...she does go with the Flow of her Feelings...Only the Sheer Blazing Intensity of Manik's Selfless Love would have made it Possible...
Manik's POV:
Manik comes from an Upbringing where SEX is just another form of expressing their Feelings...It does not mean Life Long Commitment and Companionship...Its comparitively more Casual...
Manik is also a very Physical Person...the only way he is comfortable expressing his emotions is through his Physical Actions...and in that Scenario...SEX for him would be the Ultimate way of expressing How Deep his Feelings are...
But What would he do ...if Nandhini does not want to take the Ultimate Step before Marriage...?
Manik will definitely feel suffocated...because his out pouring of Feelings for nandhini would always bring him/Push him to the Precipice of taking that Ultimate Step...and if there is one thing that Manik finds the most difficult to control even more than his Anger...its his Feelings for Nandhini...but with Nandhini refusing...he will feel Suffocating with his own Feelings...
But there is also the Fact that Manik always evolves for nandhini...from Monster to Man...from Ruthlesss to Caring...So In My POV...he will evolve to Channelize his Feelings in Ways other than Ultimate Physical Intimacy...atleast till the Time comes...
But All Said and Done...If at All Manik Malhotra will set aside his own Pain and be ready to wait for Someone...that could only be done for the All Consuming Selfless Love that he feels for Nandhini...
He will always put her needs above hers...that does not mean... He wont try to convince her , persuade her...he definitely will...but if she does not change her mind...He would not let it come between his relationship with her...because Contrary to everyone's perceptions ...for Manik a Relationship is more Emotional than Physical...in my POV...
And Also Because Only and Only in True Love...
Waiting for your SoulMate gives you Happiness...not Loneliness...!!!!
