The truth of the matter is that it happens a lot in India too and people behave like it doesn't.

I believe in sex education, so that people like Navya don't find themselves pregnant and alone at 18.

By shoving the topic under the mattress and not talking to kids about sex education, we leave our children vulnerable.

ya exactly theres nothing to judge..
And I think schools in our countries need the sex education most to prevent mishaps and shove misguided constitutions.
exactly shoving the matter under mattress wont help at all..

That's actually a pretty interesting question.
I think it's about the commitment level in which you're comfortable enough to have sex. For some that's marriage. A legally/spiritually binding contract is needed to put your thing in my thing 😆 For others there isn't "sanctity" in sex. It is what it is.

Personally I think I'll wait till marriage and i'll be honest if my friend came to me for advice on sex I'd definitely discourage her as well... 😆

Perhaps I'm in a very conservative environment.

However, I would also like to say that I would not hold it against someone if their views differ from my own. I know people who's morals are different than my own but that hasn't influenced my interactions with them.

haan that is true... i guess i all depends on the situation...

bass mujhe lagta hai that ill be uncomfortable...

what i feel is that, even if u r married to the guy, u shouldnt jump into bed with the said person just for the sake of it if u dont know that person enough to feel comfortable with him...

plus the love factor is a BIG factor...

and i totally agree with all of nandu's points

It's an individual choice , there is nothing moral or immoral about it.

Society shouldn't be judging it especially in S Asia where pissing on roads is not shamed but this is .

Sex education is important to prevent Navya like situations.

It happens all across India , not a regional, urban-rural thing.

Virginity is not a mark of purity, but a choice- Girls need to realize that. You don't become tainted if you have sex before marriage . Remove all social taboo's attached to this word.

Talking about sex is a good thing.

Also not give in to peer pressure.

It is not a right or a wrong poll question , but it's a choice and an individual must be given the freedom to exercise especially like Nandu said , at 18 , we are allowed to vote a government , select people to make laws for the country than people should be left alone to make their choices about their body and sexuality.

I absolutely agree!!👏

Hey I agree with everything you said..its about the commmitment level in which you are comfortable enough...

You are not the only one in a very conservative environment...most of us here are...

however I wont definitely hold it against anyone as well...

If my friend comes to me for advice I'll tell her to think thousand times and be sure before doing it... its her choice after all... I dont want to persuade her not doing it against her will..but lay down the facts...

I do i have been supporting it for many years.i believe in sexual education.i believe that people should know and understand it.if we keep swapping it under the rag we wont get anything.but our country is well our country if anyone even utters the word sex people look at them as if they have grown a extra head.which is very annoying.i mean why sex is not a bad thing.and we need to understand it.ok lets say we dont talk about sex.what will happen we will get more navya's and rape victims.i mean as far as i see she doesnt have enough education on it.hell she understood homosexualty by watching a movie.and what was the result she had sex and got about to have a baby.and 90% of rape victims are victims today from the lack of sexual education. when this happens i feel like shouting at the top of my voice.i also know many people will not agree with me.but it happens not only in net but also in real life.cause i have noticed when ever me and my friends talk about sex.we get strange glares.but i am ok with it.cause change in not easy.and sometimes the view of bunch of 14 year old it enough to even start the change.and i fully support nandini.she deserves a gold medal for it.proud of ky2.
