Till Musicana happened we never really saw ManBir,it kinda took off from there. Mukthi walking in on Harshad and Navya was very important for her,she joined rehab,confessed to her addiction problem. Also it was made obvious to us that Dhruv was merely infatuated with Nandu and Alya was beginning to come to terms with the break up.

And finally Manik realised that although he jumped, the adage 'Look before you leap' must have bitten him in the backside.

The trouble is the premise is Manik and Nandu has to be together always. Like they cannot be separated , the whole tears, sadness is so mutual and "together", this sort of unit thing na kinda is very difficult to work around for a serial story , no?

@Boxy do write 'Introspection', I would love to read. I understand the need for introspection because we as an audience need to see Manik's real conflict. But Manik is a 19yr old hormonal,impulsive gadha who at that point was missing his inertial frame...introspection I think would need spell check in his dictionary.

But do write it would make an excellent read

It's a good point actually. There has to be a balance somewhere, especially if you're showing a painful separation track. They cannot be/don't want to be together, but they have to be because the fates have willed it. Manik had all these separate moments with Cabir and Dhruv, for example. But Nandini was just crying alone all the time. I wonder whether Abhimanyu ought to have entered at that time, he'd have made more of an impact.

The thing is introspection is tricky because he till today and ever will not regret his decision. It is always the manner and remorse for putting her through all that which will goad him. I guess he needed that to realize what she has come to mean , the fact that he couldn't carry on with his mask even for one night kind of shows how ridiculous , silly it was that somewhere he just gave up as well.
