I don't like the shadow scene much. The
idea of it, yes. The acting, not so much. 😆 Niti cries well, Parth doesn't- I'd rather see him raging and angry, he's very good at those.
But one of my favourite Musicana moments is when he sends Dhruv to comfort Nandini, and is on the edge the entire time they're together- he's actually biting his nails about it and desperately trying to convince himself that it was good that they were spending some time together. And at the end of it, he ends up questioning- Is it really good?
And then sends random guy to go call Dhruv back. 😆
What I liked was the introspection, the doubt, the confusion. The fact that he was actually questioning himself- it's something we rarely get to see in his character. It was what I wanted to see in Manik during and post Musicana. He turned into a A-grade Gadha after that till she punched him in the jungle, and while I enjoyed it immensely, I'd still have preferred some self-introspection from him, rather than constant angst.
