I think it's stupid. How can he just do something with his hand . What if the plan backfires and nothing happens. Yes hands are important and all that but Harshad has actually gone crazy right now and so he's just planning things which don't even make any sense!

I don't even know if diary is that important. Honestly I want Baba to figure it all on his own.

I think if a sudden attack happens on Baba the blame will immediately go to Harshad- considering their history, restraining order- so a random attack won't be of much help. By using Nandini - he is making sure , the whole thing falls on her and he walks away scout free. Also since he is not emotionally invested with the girls - it will be easier to dumb them both. Nandini also has a history with fab5 , her animosity with Manik is well-known , so makes sense to have her be the cover.

Right, but he wasn't planning to include Nandini initially. Nandini presented herself for this. So what was he planning otherwise?

Also Nandini can always take him down with her.
