Besties
Part Two
Nandini was pacing in the guest room unable to think how to approach his mother and tell her to make Manz's favourite chicken stew and rice. For god sake can't his mother see, the boy is unable to get his food down? She flared her nostrils in anger. She mumbled of herself "Why the hell Manz has to glorify his bimbo girl friend by showing Nandini as a hopeless girl? Why cant he simply acknowledge our friendship in front of his mother? Ok his mother is a snob and might not accept me as her daughter in law...wait a minute, now where did that come from? What's wrong with me? Probably sleep deprivation? No it's Manz deprivation" her face hung sadly; "it's his warmth deprivation that is messing my thinking". Why on the earth would she even think of getting married to Manz? They are poles apart and they are besties for goodness sake. She is far from his type, not like his regular bimbos with big... sigh! She checked out herself in the mirror and her face paled. One day there will be a permanent girl in his life and then she would mean nothing to him. He wont be needing her when he is ill. Someone else will be taking care of him, kissing him on his forehead to ease his discomfort, like she did nights after nights. He would hold that bimbo tightly in his arms unconsciously and make her all hot by sweating when his medicine will start it's action, they probably would make love once his temperature goes down... NO her mind scream then she looked at her self wide eyed in the mirror and see her red blotchy tear strained face. With determination she straighten her perfectly ironed top and marched towards the kitchen to make him some stew. She just cannot be upset over a non-existent bimbo. She will deal with the situation once it arises. Now Manz's health is her priority. Whether his mother accepts it or not, she will make him his favourite chicken stew.
