New promo - in the classroom dhruv get attack Nd manan was taking care of him all r in yesterdays epi cloth thn scene swap to diwali party Nd BG says what's happened in diwali party

I think I know what rose was doing ... It's time we get to see Rose's real face ... After all she will be starting as a doctor intern from tomorrow in Fanaah.
I think they will show Rose's serious medical student side who gets in her doctor mode when seeing Dhruv get an attack in front of everyone.

May be Dhruv saw MaNan together.. So he might have got an attack.. And if I m not wrong Dhruv had also got an attack in that cafe when Nandu asked him to break his friendship with her.. So may be..
But it can also be bcoz of the reason that he was near Rishab.. that is if Rishab comes..
