when you go on the main forum, there'd be a "NEW TOPIC" button on the upper right/lower right corner of the page. Click it and you'll be directed to a window which is the form of making new topic. Give the name of your topic in the upper text box and the fill the large text box with whatever you want to write. Simple 😊
