I'm afraid this is going to be very low on information since I couldn't really get the voice-over.
The visuals are KS (Kripa Sharma) looking smug, Naina looking like she would like to kill KS, snapshots of Prithvi and AK (Angad Khanna)'s faces. KS takes a bunch of keys and, smiling, throws it at the feet of Naina.
Here's my guess of what this could mean:
I think that Khanna Enterprises, the company, is bankrupt. Prithvi and KS are the new owners of Khanna Enterprises and they have just taken seized the assets of the Khanna Klan, which includes their house.
The promo might have been of KS graciously permitting Naina to remain living in the house.
