Why did angad?

Hi,

I watched today's rerun video. I have a doubt. When kripa breaks her engagement with Prithvi and comes to Angad we see Angad who was crying till that moment for her, suddenly asking her 'Tune yeh kyun kiya?' I felt that the dialogue was out of context, or does it mean something else. Why does he ask her that question. Can someone clarify?

I think he thot it was another dream 😆 when she hugged him he had the "omg this is real" look on his face .
