No one cares who Iqbal Khan is around the
world, famous or not. They are doing their job and understandably so.
Look at it from their point of view. By taking these measures they are
protecting their citizens which include people from all Muslims, Asian,
whites, blacks, hispanics etc. So turing this into a religious issue is quite
outragous. I've been asked to give my fingerprints and what not many
times, but I understand it's vital. Many tragedies have occurred in the past
and I for one don't want any more.
I agree. he was first denied because there is a terrorist on a watch list
with the same name as his. then when he gave his finger prints perhaps
they were not convinced enough. I would rather have them deny visa to
some people instead of accidently giving it to the wrong person. I am not
saying Iqbal is the wrong person but he cannot blame the other countries
for taking protective measures.
