hei a loong ago i got the info's frm "loonytoons" a kewl memba of IF. here it goes:
1. Download "Windows Movie Maker" from www.download.com (it's free )
2. Install it (obviously)
3. now, make sure you have a couple of videos that you want to put in your video mix. Add those videos to the story board. All you have to do is click and drag.
4. Move those videos(one by one) to the Timeline below. once again, Click and Drag.
5. For the background song, click and drag the mp3 of the song to the story board and then move it into the slot Audio/Music in the timeline below
6. Now all you have to do is trim the video clips, and add them so that they match with the beat and length of the song
7. Trimming is fairly easy. once again, the click and drag process applies. move the cursor to either the front or the back of the respective video clip and wait until a red sign (with 2 arrows point both ways appears - should take 2 seconds for the sign to appear) then click the mouse and drag it to the position you want. this way you can get the portion of the clip you want in the video mix
8. Remember to mute the original sound of the video clip so it doesn't appear in the mix
9. there is help offered in the actual program itself so you can consult that
10. there is also a screen at the right of the screen where you can see how the video-mix will look, even while you're editing it.
hope it helps 😉
