Why doesn’t Angad slap Kripa?

Now, now, now...all the feminists put your swords down and hear me out.I am still kind of normal and all those books have still not overpowered my head.

Poor Angad. He kind of evokes some Samurai Warrior in Kripa and she gets all her mental muscles charged with emotional mauling and delivers some stinging love stamps on Angad's handsome cheeks.I kind of agree with Taniya,everytime Angad has received slaps from Kripa, he has done something to deserve them.

Let's look back. How many times has Kripa slapped Angad? Once, when she felt he had outraged her modesty during the rehearsals (that was Angad's best reaction ever to Kripa's wild hands), then he got slapped by Kripa for abusing his and Kripa's baby's parenthood , then again when she suspected Angad of conspiring with Josh to destroy her career, the prison bars saved him from another slap when Kripa doubted him of sleeping with Simone ( she caught hold of his collar )...and then yesterday, she slapped him right-left-centre for poking fun at their physical relationship which was pious and a moment of consummation of their true love. Okay?If I have forgotten some slaps, then do mention them to me.

Now, the question is that why hasn't Angad ever slapped Kripa?

He could pick a few lessons from Pratham of Kutumb.Gauri too was a slapping machine and continued her slapping even when Pratham was innocent. Pratham took it initially because of his true love for her but later he gave it back to her....he slapped her right across the face and told her that he loved her alright but if she thinks she can get away with anything, then she is wrong! What a scene it was...it's still etched in my memory.Men and women became equal for once in K- serials.

So, my advice to Angad is that no matter how much you love Kripa, don't allow her to take such liberties with you. You could have slapped her for not trusting you, for falsely testifying against you and sending you to gallows and above all for daring to hold another man's hand. But i guess, you believe in different School Of Slaps...which hurt more. But hey, as much as I love Kripa, i'll love to watch a repeat of Pratham-Gauri's famous slapping duel here with Angad-Kripa.Agreed, Kripa is soft and delicate but hey, Angad, even rose bushes need pruning.😉

NOTE: I have noticed that most members are surprised at Angad's oscillating behaviour with Kripa...one moment he is furious and another moment he melts. Don't be confused, it's a tussle of emotions for him as well.

Priorly coz Kripa has never abusively motivated angad to dis an extent tht he slapped her!..In all the scenes kripa has slapped angad have been extremly intense and emotional, where angad has seemingly crossed boundaries of decency!Well the exception is tht slap wid josh arnd wherein it wasnt reqd at all!!!!!

As for the slapping duel, yes it wud be interesting to watch!Provided tht kripa motivates angad to tht an extent he does! And poor kripa, she wud be no nearer thn pluto, the day angad slapps her hard! 😆

Very true siddy. If Kripa gets slapped by Angad where will she land. Her face is the size of his hand and really dont want to know the consequences. Dont you remeber that rape scene where she was mishandle by Angad. God knows what will happen if she ever gets the slap from Angad from a hand which is nearly equal to the size of Kripa's face 😆.

yes... nits rose bushes need pruning sometimes but by careful hands ...

In my books, men shud never raise their hands against women - whether in or outta luv. It remains a strict no no ...

And u r rite Pratham did raise his hands against Gauri in kktumb & i didnt like it even then.. nor will I recommend it for this fiery couple : they have enuf sparks on their own without the guy having to go this physical on his lady luv...

I hope Angad never slaps sweet Kripa. I 'll cry. She's so petite as it is. 😭 😭 😭 Anyway I don't think Angad likes slapping Kripa too so he's substituted slapping with pushing and locking against walls and nature ie pot plants, trees. 😳

Honestly Nitu, I hope the day never comes where Angad raises his hand against Kripa.

Sure, Pratham did it with Gauri, but I didn't like it then either. There is absolutely no reason in the world that should justify a man hitting a woman.

Rather than hit her, Angad balls his hands into fists and slams them against a door, a window, a tree, a wall, in an effort to take out his anger, his frustations.

There are sparks aplenty between them already, enough to satisfy us, and yes, roses do need pruning, but if not handles with care, those very roses will not bloom.

In the world we're living in, with so much spousal abuse, and people turning to T.V and movies on a daily basis, It's Angad's restraint against his natural instincts to physically fight back that makes me adimire him all the more.


Not to say that as a woman she can go on a slapping spree whenever she wants. She's wrong there as well, as her slapping him brings him to the level where he'll want to retaliate. It's a natural instict to want to slap someone when they slap you.

If you ask me, he's more a man for not stricking her.

Yeah gr8 post Nitoo di. Angad is a real gentle man. HE will not slap a girl because he knows his limits. 😳 😳 Tht is y I find the character Angad cute. Imagining him slapping Kripa 😭 😭 . ANgad is a rockstar and is strong like rock. 😆 . Kripa is very soft like a cream 😆 and a rock slapping a cream 😆 😭 Kripa will be crushed into pieces then. 😭

yep so true di...i mean kripa has been slapping him since the start of the serial....
