Starplus mend your ways

Whatever channel did to khkt is unforgivable.Ist excessive meddling,scrapping beautiful tracks, changing characters overnight,not letting makers show what they wanted to and when everything failed then decided to shut it down abruptly.3 new shows have been launched and all r struggling.Sanjivani was already a flop.Only rishteys doing good.This show brought lots of new viewers back on TV and had a huge buzz all over but as it couldn't Garner required tv trps,star spoiled it and we thought writers are to be blamed for.Result was, hotstar ranking fell and many viewers left.Star network is in the business since so many years, should have set realistic goals for trps cz tv watching audience not going to change overnight.That too when online viewing is more popular nowadays cz of busy lifestyle of people.And when u decided to get it on air, then u should have let creatives take the decision.What it did to this show, will never let good content survive.And considering the fact that khkt is being shut,I wonder who is going to get trps for star???as all shows r struggling except rishteys 👎🏼

I dont think any good content show will ever run on this bullshit channel. They prefer only long running ass shows, komolikas, dayaans bhoot chudail shit. Chee ! They started meddling just after the wedding finished. Sandeep planned a beautiful reception party where all the actors and stars of sp where about to come but they cancelled the reception and then honeymoon cancelled and Sona's SSC track too cancelled. They should learn something from our Star Jalsha i swear atleast Star Jalsha do not meddle in the script like these shit hindi channels. The worst part is that since disney bought sp everything ruined. This is not that sp which use to prefer good content dramas. The only three production houses are allowed to make shows for them - Rajan shahi's Director Kut, Balaji and Four lions.

I cant blame hotstar by any means dear. See even all star india shows comes at hotstar and gets early telecasted but still after YRRKH took 6 years leap and Kairav was introduced the trp was 4.1. Talking about KHKT, it is the second highest slot ranking show. It had potential to garn very good trps and it was proved also when for the first time KHKT was on top 9 and trp was 2.1. But instead of maintaining it they introduced that pathetic pooja's nayajas track and just after this track next week trp decreased to 1.9.

But recently its 1.8 and i am sure tomorrow it will surely go above 2+ because of Ronakshi's seperation, Strong Sona and time leap. Like Shakti was at 1.9 trp after leap on its first week it garned 2.5 trp and YRKKH was at around 3.2 or something but after leap it garned 4.1 trp. So ya leap has potential.

Ekta's days are almost over until she brings mature and sensible shows like her beautiful web series. KKB and KDB are running because they both had dragging storyline but crispy dialogues and funny vamps. Comedy scenes. Anyways i am not defending any Ekta show.

8:30 pm slot would have been excellent for KHKT if they had ended YJHJK (which was bound to end on 28th feb as it was a finite show).

All shows of Star plus are struggling to get good TRP except YRHPK, YRKKH and jinn shows. I think colors TV is launching their new show on 10 pm slot and producer for that show is Ekta kapoor. So, YRHPK serial TRP will also effect due to this new show. So, now Star plus has to think smartly. If they encourage new generation and content based shows like KHKT, then loyal fans will not shift to other channel. From my point of view and observation of TV show from past 4 years, KHKT is best serial for Star plus now. Because it is giving good TRP and content is also better compared to remaining serials.

I don’t think all shows are struggling. The only ones struggling were the ones in the 6:30 pm-8:00 pm band. All other shows including KHKT are doing decently well. Of course there is scope for improvement. Ig Rn Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke is the only slot leader on StarPlus. Maybe YHC and Nazar might regain their slot leadership now that BB is over. YRKKH isn’t going to pick up and beat KDB until they bring a leap. YJHJK is going through the Kullfi curve. KZK is doing average and Ekta would definitely do something and pick up the ratings.

They have making some changes to KHKT to ramp up the viewership. They could have waited a little longer to see how it played out. Khair.

I thought so..either ekta is not giving bhav to sp or sp not giving it to ekta 😆 Bec all her new shows r coming on colours (pavitra bhagya also) ..sp has just remakes ..of yhm and kzk..and they too r average , trpwise ,storywise total bullshit of a serial...

But yrhpk has the potential to be a front runner and beat kb..t depends on how to deal with the story post marriage. All the shows were doing good except sanjivani (which is going off air) ..yr , yrhpk and jinn were above 2 , rest all of them were same including khkt..we (me and my friends ) were always scared about khkt frankly ..we always believed khkt will be taken off air if it doesnt get 2 plus trps ..bec unlike ekta , rs or gul, sp wont give a chance to sikand..its unfortunate ..khkt was better n if the producers were given a free hand I am sure ratings would go above 2...abhi bhi it can ..if sona comes bk to sippy pagalkhana and teach them a lesson (like she did to taklu) 😆 Audience love such tracks..

I feel they ruined the marriage track with the stalker angle..it was repulsive . Post marriage also they made a mess of the story..if they kept sona and her in laws the focus and sona fixing them all with a danda blended with comedy, it wud have definitely worked

I this TRP is stable till the adoption track. From the Rani fake mom track started, TRP is fluctuating till last week. I think people were disappointed after that Rani being fake mom track. Adoption is very sensitive track. They could have handle this track wisely. They are not handled that EMA track of Naren well. EMA is also a sensitive topic. Now also they are not handling properly of RoPa and Tanya track. But Strong OG Sona is back in last week, audience will definitely feel happy. I think TRP will increase tomorrow because of Strong OG Sona and leap.

Raani and that stupid Yashwant tracks are the ones that did the ultimate repair to this show. I really don't know who is the masterrmind behind this story line?? Also around this time when they changed the original story writer too.

As I mentioned earlier to make Sona the victim the Raani track was introduced and by which they butchered Rohit, YK and Nishi... This was suppose to be an emotional track that should have involved Pooji and the sippy family..

What's the need to involve Sona in this at all. Why couldn't they have shown her as support system instead of poor misunderstood lady who should be always have to be trusted by her husband🤢

Sorry looking at these old episodes you can see the damage would say the irreparable ones made here only. There is no connect to any characters in this show post Marraige tracks.

Wish they have stuck to saas and bahu type show and focused more on those issues than the convoluted tracks to remain so called unique show. If they shown Sona's folly in trying to please everyone at the cost of her Marraige and herself, would have been refreshing one to see that.. Also Veena turning against Sona would have been more relatable.

I am sorry for the rant but after this news I started to watch the old episodes and let me tell you before the so called drama which had Sona centric, aka wedding track is when this show lost it's charm and loyal fan base.

Sona who cared so much about her job to compromise her wedding( this track has so many cringe worthy moments) then the same woman in 5 mins decide to quit the job?? Come on all the drama and feelings we had for Sona during the stacker thing during the wedding looked so foolish..The loss of connect started here only..

To make all the non existent reasons to make Sona the victim they have ruined the whole family bond that they built over 100 episodes...

I suppose this show deserve to get axed for this reason alone. You should never treat precious bonds so fickley for drama reasons. I will always hate the makers for ruining the bonds to salvage one character. What happen to being balanced view???

These makers never knew how to balance drama with realistic back story. I suppose there is no short cut to bring truthful to your own Creation. The makers compromise started way back in the Raima track and continue to fall in quality..
