Suman, Rohit, Veena, Nishi and Sonakshi

Hello,

Hope those who are still watching KHKT are keeping cool because as we all know, doing that has been extremely difficult for all of us for the past few days with such a drastic turn and twist in the storyline. i just watched Wednesday's episode I just wanted to point out a few things.

1. I was kind of able to wrap my head around why suman is doing what she's doing. Just a heads up that my explanation is only to see suman in a different light and it doesn't mean i agree to what she's doing. Here is my two cents : Suman is a single mother. She has brought up three kids single-handedly, and was the only bread earner until sonakshi started working. We all know how hard it is for a woman to live in the society when the husband abandons the family. The brutality of life made her so harsh, strict, a woman with sharp tongue. Suman is not a negative character, she is just TOO straight forward for her own good. Whoever messes with her, she makes sure to show their place right there and then. and whoever points a finger at her children or tries to harm them, she makes sure she rips them apart by hook or by crook. The over protectiveness within her is there for a reason. she learned it the hard way. she knows to survive in this world, she can't be so naive like her daughter sonakshi or be the great parvati that her daughter plays the role of.

Now, the way she barged into the sippy mansion and started dropping bombs about Naren was wrong. but when i watched today's episode I realized she only did that because she figured out that Veena had come to her house, slapped HER daughter, questioned HER upbringing, accused HER daughter of being high on hormones and other nasty things. Knowing Suman's character (if you don't, read the paragraph above lol) what she did totally justified HER character. she can not tolerate if anyone points a finger at her kids, let alone slap them. And as i mentioned above, whoever tries to harm her kids, she rips them apart which she did (by reveal Naren's truth).

As far as her own kid's punishment is concerned, she ALWAYS makes sure she gives that, it is given. She punished Pari THEN (when she got to know that she was the one who revealed pooja's truth , and she is punishing her NOW as well. And let's not forget, Suman was the only one alone with Sonakshi who blamed pari and rohan equally.

Now, regarding Suman turning her back towards Sona. That is completely justifiable (not completely right but what she did was true to her character). as i mentioned, she cannot bear when anyone points a finger at her children. Sonakshi had slapped her for the way she behaved with Veena. The way Sonakshi has been behaving off late, how she left her work (mind you, suman has invested her blood and sweat in making sonakshi what she is today so obviously she had been so upset when she figured out that she left her work cause of her in laws), how she broke her FD (although it wasn't for her in laws), and now how she had slapped pari for veena - everything just came back to her at once and she obviously thouht that sonakshi isn't her sonakshi anymore and she told her to deal with her life on her own. but it is causing havoc between sonakshi and rohit, does she not care about it? Sonakshi is her daughter too right? ofc she is, but well right now, she's just so mad at the sippy's that she couldn't care less about what's going on in that effed up house. it is just a mother's gussa which will fade away when she will actually realize what is going on with sona. And I'm hoping Suman will tell the truth soon when sonakshi gets interrogated arrested for Naren's suicide attempt.

2. Rohit: This man really needs to get his shit together. What is this parvati taunt he keeps giving to his wife?! If sonakshi says he should tell his mom the truth about naren, she's mixing real life with her reel life. if she tries to give her opinion about the property, she is being parvati. if sonakshi's SISTER does something, it's sonakshi's fault. if she says he should leave the divorce thing on his mom, he says she should stay away from his family and that this is not her show kahani parvati ki where the mahaan parvati firgive everyone. if she even breathes normally, he taunts her about work. like, what's wrong with his thought process?! when his head is cool, he supports sonakshi's work - fine. but whenever there is a little issue in his family and sonakshi tries to get involved or says ANYTHING, he started giving tana about her work?! what kind of respect is that, that keeps changing at the drop of hat?! I so fed up of his dialogues - "Yeh tumhara serial nahi hai, tum parvati nahi ho" , like excuse you, that's just her work that she does just like you. does she ever taunt you for betraying your mom? for saying that marrying her was a mistake? that your father misbehaves with her all the time? that your father makes her feel like an unworthy bahu who doesn't deserve to be the DIL of the sippy family? that she has left her work cause of you father? that she has freaking signed the prenup just because she loves you unconditionally? That she had literally put her life and career at stake to give pooja justice during that fashion show fiasco? And today, the whole tanya rohit fiasco and whatever happening in the sippy mansion, rohit turns to sonakshi and says "Kya lagta hai tumhe sonakshi? Mere bhai ki shadi barbad karke tumhari shadi abad rahegi?" I mean what the F*ck?! Is this man out of his mind or what?

I loved Rohit for the man he was - his unconditional support for his wife, his caring side, his sensitivity towards her to the point that he didn't even reveal pari's truth to her because she'll be hurt. and today the same man is blaming his wife because of his brother's EMA with pari. All that accumulated respect and love i had for Rohit is fading away with each episode. CVs need to restore his character asap or i don't even know if i will be able to look at him the same way in a few days.

3. Nishi cracks me up with her dialogues. If it was 10 years ago, i would be found glued to the tv ( i was a big fan of Kahani ghar ghar ki, kasauti zindagi ki 1 and in general ekta kapoor shows) but with time, i guess i have grown brain as well😆 and the kind of vamp the CVs turning nishi into looks so unrealistic and funny. it's like there's some school stage performance going on. I understand it is for TRP but is there no other way to increase it? is ruining the show like this so necessary? is there no realistic way of showing the negative side of a vamp? I mean, she pushes him off the balcony cause she wants money?! So convenient cvs.🤪

4. Veena - as much as i was heartbroken for her (if you saw my second last post ), I don't understand why this woman couldn't slap rohan as the LEAST of a punishment when she can slap another woman's daughter twice so hard that she starts bleeding. I want to say that she is going through so much herself, that she has no energy for this anymore but rohan is literally getting NOTHING for this EMA. it is only on pari. pari is the one getting slapped, first by veena, then sona and then suman, she was the one sent to jail that too for some false accusation. what is rohan getting? I'm gonna let veena go. even naren because they're dealing with priblems of their own. but whats rohit doing? what is the rest of the family doing?

5. Sonakshi - Honestly, her only mistake or should i say crime, was that she is hiding the truth about ajit. i do not think what she did was right. But that doesn't mean her every opinion, every deed, every word she says is wrong. Like, where is our sense of right and wrong? She was absolutely correct when she told rohit that it is not up to him to decide whether or not veena should divorce naren or not. it is her life, her decision. and sonakshi is right that veena needs to be given time to let the truth dawn upon her, let her digest the bitter truth, cry her heart out even and decide with time what she should do. Rohit as usual, doing whatever HE thinks is right. He tells his wife to take care of his family but then he has a problem when sonakshi tries to give her opinion about something regarding his family.

I know I had said just by seeing the sbs that she shouldn't interfere into the property distribution. but Sonakshi has a valid reason. she HEARD the curly haired chachu, and it was her concern that dragger her to rohit's hospital and tried to make him understand but ofc lol, he again gave her the parvati taunt. the only mistake she made was that she didn't Tell rohit what she heard about the curly haired chachu.

I honestly admire sonakshi for having that voice of her own and speaks up whenever she thinks something is wrong and has the guts to go against her husband. today once again she showed that by speaking with naren about this whole issue and i'm glad she did.

I guess one thing we should accept about Sonakshi is that she's the FEMALE LEAD of an INDIAN show. 95% of the female leads in indian daily soaps are made of sacrifice, sacrifices and sacrifices. and i guess we just have to embrace that. it's not gonna change no matter how many times we chant "Rishta wahi, soch nayi" They're gonna sacrifice.

Wonderful analysis of Suman's character👏 I think she is the only character who CVs hasn't ruined yet. I see the same fire in Suman.

About rohit- i agree fully! However he has been behaving for the past one week has left me agitated. His character was so good until the episode where he reveals to sona about naren. and then after that it looks like he just became another man. i never fell in love with this rohit. give me my rohit back 🥺

No comments about nishi. That cheap plot twist do not deserve my precious opinion. 😳

Veena is being a hypocrite right now. the whole family is being hypocrite. is it only a fault of a WOMAN? how male chauvinistic is that?! The entire sippy family disgust me.

Sonakshi, I half agree and half i dont. i know a tv serial FL has the sacrifice thing . ok fine. but what was that drama she did with that mahila thing. i was shocked. that was wrong. it's not her tv serial that she will do such thing.

but i agree with what you said about the fact that just because she hid ajit' truth doesn't mean she's gonna be wrong everytime. i guess we have to see her character from a different angle now. we have all turned too bitter about her

1.I am agree with all your points about Suman, but one thing I am not liking about Suman is she is way too straight forward and doesn't consider what is the situation happening that time. I didn't like what Suman did in Tanya jewelry exhibition party.if she told all those in privately with Sippy family, that would be good.

2.Rohit has to stop taunting about Sona with her professional onscreen character Parvathi. It will deeply hurt Sona , becauseevery time she tells her point of view about family issues, he is taunting her.the way he manhandled Sona is very disturbing to saw in serial.

3. They turned Nishi character to typical ekta kapoor villain types.it is unnecessary in KHKT serial.

4.I didn't like when Veena said that Pari is only responsible for RoPa affair.she didn't slapped Rohan for once also.

5. Sona is sensible person compared to remaining characters. Up to now, in any issue happened, she is given her opinion about that problem very beautifully and correctly. In overall KHKT, from starting to end she did all the things for others only. She sacrificed lot of thing in her life for others including her studies.

Here, people have to understand that in ITV, 90% of female lead characters are self less, sacrifice people only. Lot of female leads in other serials lied about lot of things from their family. We cannot expect the sudden change regarding female lead character in ITV that too in star plus channel.

@bold - I agree. it was so torturing to watch. No matter what your wife do, a man with proper values would never ever manhandle his wife. Rohit just gets out of character ntrol whenever it comes to his family. He can't think straight and does whatever the hell he wants to.

I know I had said just by seeing the sbs that she shouldn't interfere into the property distribution. but Sonakshi has a valid reason. she HEARD the curly haired chachu, and it was her concern that dragger her to rohit's hospital and tried to make him understand but ofc lol, he again gave her the parvati taunt. the only mistake she made was that she didn't Tell rohit what she heard about the curly haired chachu.

I honestly admire sonakshi for having that voice of her own and speaks up whenever she thinks something is wrong and has the guts to go against her husband. today once again she showed that by speaking with naren about this whole issue and i'm glad she did.

I guess one thing we should accept about Sonakshi is that she's the FEMALE LEAD of an INDIAN show. 95% of the female leads in indian daily soaps are made of sacrifice, sacrifices and sacrifices. and i guess we just have to embrace that. it's not gonna change no matter how many times we chant "Rishta wahi, soch nayi" They're gonna sacrifice.

I don't agree with u r analysis on rohith

Rohit is mentioning her show not bcos he has no respect on her show career .it's bcos we all know Parvathi is fiction and sona is reality

But sona is unable to differentiate between reel and real .she is taking Parvathi as inspiration rohith feels the same and is suffocated bcos of his losing trust on sona and sona repetitive lies. And sona donning Parvathi avatar

And he saying ..u r marriage won't flourish if Rohan broke .it's more like philosophical words ..it's a fact our near and dear karma wil affect us. Some times wewonder what we did but karma isso intricated ..rohan and pari selfishness might effect ronakshi marriage .no doubt

And instead of this repetitive lies and breaking his trust ..if sona had an out burst on rohith how she was asked to sacrifice her career and how his family is suffocating her then rohith would have been happy..

About rohit- i agree fully! However he has been behaving for the past one week has left me agitated. Sonakshi, I half agree and half i dont. i know a tv serial FL has the sacrifice thing . ok fine. but what was that drama she did with that mahila thing. i was shocked. that was wrong. it's not her tv serial that she will do such thing.

but i agree with what you said about the fact that just because she hid ajit' truth doesn't mean she's gonna be wrong everytime. i guess we have to see her character from a different angle now. we have all turned too bitter about her

About the sona calling those ladies to drama thing, i don't agree either. Her reason to do it was right but her WAY of doing it was totally wrong. And for the first time i felt that she DID take up the role of parvati. Just for that bit. But I guess she just couldn't think of anything else to make rohit understand her point of view on veenas divorce.

5. Sona is sensible person compared to remaining characters. Up to now, in any issue happened, she is given her opinion about that problem very beautifully and correctly. In overall KHKT, from starting to end she did all the things for others only. She sacrificed lot of thing in her life for others including her studies.

Here, people have to understand that in ITV, 90% of female lead characters are self less, sacrifice people only. Lot of female leads in other serials lied about lot of things from their family. We cannot expect the sudden change regarding female lead character in ITV that too in star plus channel.

No i totally agree, i don't like her straightforwardness either. Being straight forward is good but the kind of straightforward suman is, it just backfires all the time. But one thing I love about this woman is how realistically she behaves in most of the cases. Like if her own kids are at fault, she WOULD punish them. She is not a hypocrite like others in the show. And she loves her family immensely and is super protective of them which causes her to react the way she does. Remember how she was against ronakshi marriage because she didn't like the Sippy family, but the same woman had given in for her daughter's happiness but NOT before SHE was reassured herself taht it would be the right decision and that happened when she saw rohit risking his life to save sonakshi during the ganpati bappa event.

She still had problems with naren, nishi and somewhat veena too but she gave in for her daughter. Suman's character is not negative. She's not vamp of the show but still her sharp tongue ends up causing huge problems (which Actually do happen in real life) and making things worse. And that's the kind of realistic problems and negativity I would like to see in the show yaar. Why do they need to bring in an actual vamp like nishi. I HATE WHAT THEY DID TO Nishis character. . Nishis character doesn't seems real. Pushing your own brother off the balcony for money is so unrealistic and I cannot connect at all...💔

Also, I totally agree with you about what you said on rhits manhandling part. That' was so hard to watch I felt like I was watching a Gul khana show. 🥺

She's a FL of An Indian tv show, even if she wasn't a tv actress in the show, she would have sacrificed. What would he say then? Saying that once or twice even is okay but every Single time he is bringing up sona's work! EVERY DAMNED TIME! In the back of my head I also know he respects sonakshi career. After all he supported her throughout. He is one loving and supportive husband But everytime demeaning her about her career - that's no sign of respect, nope! If u feel chachu conversation not revealed for drama of show then Rohit mentioning parvathi is also for drama of show to make him feel guilty later

If she was not an actress he would have said stop being like some xyz character on TV show which u watch or movie u like
