Dil royi jaaye - a Ronakshi TS (Part 2 UPDATED)

Hello guys ! Roshni here. I’m a silent reader of this forum and a huge Ronakshi fan as a lot of you I’m sure ! I’m here with a little OS I wrote a few days ago and didn’t know if I should post it or not but here it goes ! Oh and it has absolutely NOTHING to do with the ongoing track ! Just something that comes straight out of my imagination haha. I’m really not a pro so please be kind 😆 love to everyone 🤗

Here goes : Dil Royi Jaaye

So much people she thought to herself.

All she wanted was a simple dinner with her man and her family. But no. Rohit had to go fancy as he thought that their anniversary should be special.

Sonakshi, who was standing in a corner with a glass of wine in her hand, was waiting for her doctor surgeon to be done with his work talks and come and spend time with her.

They had been married for 5 years now. How time flies she thought. It is true when they say that even 3 hours feel like 10 minutes with the right person. That’s exactly how she felt when she was with Rohit. Even today after all these years, he was the one who kept things going between them, who kept their love alive and who made each and every day of these five years so special for her. Even when they fought, she could feel that their love was only getting stronger.

There was only one problem. And even when she started to forget about it, someone would come and remind it to her. Oh those nagging remarks. She wanted to do something about it. But how to make people understand that it wasn’t in neither her nor Rohit’s hands. Tonight was no different.

Even though it was their anniversary, she overheard Supriya chachi, and old family friend, talking to Veena mumma.

« Veena, why don’t you find another suitable girl for your Rohit? This Sonakshi didn’t even give him one kid even after 5 years. Don’t you think there is a problem ? »

There we go again Sonakshi thought. There was not one day when she didn’t thought about it. Her family. Their little family. Rohit and her had this talk and have been trying to get pregnant for what seemed like ages now. Every time someone asked her this, she couldn’t help but feel guilty as she is the one who has a problem.

A few years ago, when Rohit and herself went to their family gynecologist to do a regular check up, they got to know that Sonakshi couldn’t conceive. Ever since, even though Rohit reassured her that they will find a way to get a baby, she felt as if something broke inside of her. As if, she wasn’t enough for her Rohit anymore as she cannot give him the happiness of being a father. Again, this time, she was reminded that she lacks of something.

Giving an awkward smile to the guests that were standing near her, she put her glass on the counter and excused herself to go to her room. Rohit, who saw and heard what just happened, quickly went behind her, cursing himself that he shouldn’t have left his Sona alone.

Arriving in the room, Rohit saw a devastated Sona lying on the bed crying. He went and sat beside her.

« Sona, I’m so sorry. I saw what happened down there. I’m so so sorry» he pleaded.

« It’s not your fault Rohit, I’m the one who has a problem not you ».

Rohit couldn’t see his Sona so weak. He grabbed her by her wrist and made her sit next to him.

« Listen to me Sona, I’ve already told you not to blame yourself. You know how much I love you. No matter what, I’ll always be with you. Don’t let these kind of stupid talks get to you. My Sona is brave. Besides, I’ll always be your sheild. So you don’t have to worry. Nothing will get to you or get between us. Everything will be fine my love. »

Cupping her cheeks, he placed a soft kiss on her forehead.

« Do you want a hug ? » he asked her.

Without a second thought, she threw herself in his arms and let all her emotions out. She tightened her grip while he softly kissed her hair. They stayed in the same position for quite sometime before Rohit realized that she fell asleep in his arms. He layed her on their bed and slid beside her. He pulled her in his arms and they both slept peacefully in each other’s presence, with no one disturbing them with their idiotic thoughts.

Clear sunlight was streaming in through their window. Rohit slowly opened his droopy eyes only for them to fall on his precious wife’s angelic face. How can someone be so beautiful, he thought. He moved back a strand of hair falling on her face and pulled her more into him.

« I’ll never leave you alone Sona. I promise »

Saying so, he kissed her forehead and kept his lips on there for some time. He then layed her on the bed properly and tucked her in the duvet while he juggled out of bed and made his way to the bathroom to freshen up.

As he came out, he saw that Sonakshi was awake and had her phone in her hand with a serious look on her face.

« Good morning my love ! »

he said ever so happily. But what draw his attention was the fact that she didn’t even bother to look at him, let alone responding to his good morning. He started to get worried. He dropped hos towel on the nearest chair and sat beside her. He placed his hand on her arm and with that, got her attention.

« Kya hua ? Everything okay ? »
he simply asked. Not being able to control her emotions, Sonakshi started crying and hugged him, her arms tightly wrapped around his waist and her head hid in his chest. Rohit, getting worried, hugged her back with the same strength. While rubbing her back trying to calm her down, he asked

« Sona, please stop crying. Tell me what happened. »

Breaking the hug, Sonakshi just handed him her phone.

« Khud dekh lo » she added.

Quickly taking the phone from her hands, he was shocked about what he just saw. Furious, and boiling from within, he got up and angrily stumped out of the room. Sonakshi who was stunned by his reaction, quickly followed him.

« Mom, Dad, jaldi aaye »
Rohit screamed with all his strength. Sonakshi who just got there, was trying to calm him down.

« Rohit please. We can handle everything calmly. Don’t get angry at them for no reason. Please »

she pleaded. While he was just looking at her in awe. How can she still be thinking about others when this just happened ? Anyway, he wasn’t ready to calm down let alone speak in a normal tone.

« Kya hua Rohit ? Why are you shouting ? » Veena asked.

« Look at this mom. Do you really think I will stay calm even after this ? »

Veena took the phone from his hands and read the article « Sonakshi Sippy, infertile. Will the Sippy family be able to get through it ? Or will Rohit Sippy get Re married ? » she looked at Sonakshi and then at Rohit again.

« How did this happen ? And when ? And how does anyone even know about this ? »

« Exactly my point Mom. How did this news got out ? We haven’t even addressed the topic in our own house. How do strangers know about it ? »

Naren Sippy who heard everything knew that his son might not be in the mood to listen to his taunts right now. He needs to do something. Going behind him, he simply said

« Relax Rohit. I will try to call the manager of this news channel. Everything will be sorted. »

Rohit who was fuming added

« Mom, I know that yesterday people were talking about my second marriage. But just understand one thing. You too Mr. Naren Sippy. I will never leave Sonakshi no matter what. I love her. A lot. I cannot see her cry. And I will always be by her side, no matter if we have kids or not. I don’t know who leaked this news but I won’t leave him or her. I hope I made myself clear. »

Saying so, he grabbed Sona’s hand and took her to their room.

Closing the door of their room behind him, Rohit took Sonakshi in his arms. He held her tightly. He knows she needed him right now. He knows she needed to feel his presence, and the fact that he is there with her.

« Rohit, I know you want kids. And I won’t be able to give you this happiness. Ever. Please Rohit, don’t do this to yourself. Don’t ruin your life because of me. I want to see you happy. »

« But you are my happiness Sona. I love you. I don’t want kids if it means that we can’t be together. I will be able to live without kids but not without you. »

Even though Sonakshi was saying the contrary, Rohit knew that she couldn’t live without him either. He held her tighter and gently kissed her hair.

« So you will never leave me even if we won’t have kids ? »

Her pleading voice broke his heart. He never saw his Sona so weak. He knew that she was only afraid of one thing : getting separated from him.

« I’m right here Sona. I will never leave you. »

Rohit promised himself that he will find whoever leaked that news and will ruin him. He will ruin that person who made his Sona cry.
