There is a certain beautiful nuance in how the side characters behave . They aren't just furniture in the background while the leads and villians so all the work. Just notice the scene where Sippys are convincing Veena to celebrate her birthday , towards the end of it you see everyone doing something or the other , just like a real life family convo - Rohit and Tanya talking animatedly , Veena Pooja hugging and talking etc etc .. no one is just standing in the background.

This particular has been one of the constants in almost all episodes of the show. Hope they take care of it further too .

Hola people! I thought I'll just take a day off from this thread today. I'm seeing every single scene with the dreaded feeling of what might happen, so whatever I feel like saying today will just feel like a rant.

I'm still hoping that the makers won't ruin any of the characters we've come to love. And hopefully next week's episode would have something good enough to make me excited to continue this thread!

Personally , keeping the future possibilities of show getting ruined for us thru butchering of Ronakshi aside , I enjoyed today's episode.

Loved the small celebration of Veena birthday by her family , taang kheenchna of Rohit about getting late to meet sasuma , whole suman- Rohit - Sona prank , small bit with pulkit and Rohit in his hospital choosing the wedding ring and admitting he is lucky to have found Sona and wants to formalize things between them .. it was nice

Actually I liked the initial Raima and Mom scene too , she was in love with Rohit so it's obvious she is gonna be asking about him . ITVish OTT was when she got down from ambulance and took a cab to sippy mansion - she should have thought about her mum. Her shocking statement that Sonakshi is responsible is in most probability for the drama factor to engage audience to tune in on Monday .

Ab sulochana and Naren are meant to do the tamasha , one can't expect any better from them.

Veena is the typical woman who runs the household in a diplomatic way - not openly negating someone especially husband but still at the end of the day being successful in what they want to do. Just the way she did come to Sona's place for Ganesh sthapana against wishes of Naren and co , she will support Ronakshi whether others like or not - that's my guess.and frankly , I do think she knows of Naren's thick skull and thinking , so may be she really doesn't see any point in arguing with him or making him understand .

So , it's like how an ITV show is , just better in some of the aspects .. if it maintains it's uniqueness even in this track then that's a great feat for any show. We need to wait and watch , bas . And keep remote handy 😆

Also found today's episode very nice. Even when it's an intentional dragging, felt the story moved ahead.

First time found the comedy scene involving Rohit and rastogis a bit forced. Maybe it looked out of place since could not connect with sumans reactions. Too forced. But enjoyed the last scene between Rohit and Sona. Both seemed very natural and comfortable with each other.

Love the birthday celebrations. The sippy family has so many sub plots that's been building up since very early from the show which makes one think the writer have a story to tell and not in a hurry to change it. Take for example both Rohan, pari and Pooja adaption story. They way they are treating narens character the makers are going to unVail their track with Rohan pari. See all the tracks are interrelated up until now.

One other scene that deserves a special mention is pulkit and Rohit scene in his cabin. Done so naturally by karan. He was very good in that sequence.

One thing that was worrisome is rohit keep mentioning how much Sona makers him and his family happy... It shows his impulsiveness rather than depth of his feelings.

Raima scenes lacked consistency in both acting and her miracle recovery...

See despite all the flaws this is still a lovely show with great talents in all department and would love to see it succeed. Hoping for the best for us and ronakshi ..

Epi 82: 7 October, 2019

1. The episode starts with "Don't go, mat jaana". What a relief after week long confusion and frustration for the audience. Actually, one week long was the actual thing, however hum log toh pehle se hi Raima ke aane se pareshaan ho rhe the. All that dread actually ruined some of the episodes before her entry as well because kitni bhi koshish kar lo to stay positive, we all know that ITV CVs have the talent to ruin everything in just one episode. I did let out a sigh of relief with this scene.

2. "Raima wo sab kuchh hai jo mujhe chahiye, bus ek hi problem hai ki wo meri Sona nahi hai." When Rohit said he was 100% sure during the proposal, he really was.

3. Loved the honesty between the two of them. Sonakshi is being vocal about her fear that she thought she had lost him forever and Rohit telling her that he's only hers and they can never lose each other. It's such a relief that none of the two is acting mahaan for Raima's sake.

4. Rohit actually seemed sort of irritated that Sona is even trying to explain that she wasn't at fault for Raima's condition. "Main jaanta hu ki meri Sona itni heartless nahi h ki kisi ko sadak pe marne ke lie chood aaye." He trusts her implicitly so is sort of surprised that Sona will think otherwise. "Of course paagal," I don't know why but I really loved that small silly dialogue.

5. Although this episode brought back Rohit in more ways than I was expecting after last week, but one thing which was super important for me was that he didn't doubt or question Sonakshi even once. I'd have eventually made my peace with all other stupidity he did in last week's episodes even if the makers didn't justify it from Rohit's POV, but if he hadn't trusted Sonakshi in this matter, that would surely have been the end of KHKT for me.

6. "Tum mujhpe trust kar rhe ho?" Poor girl, she was really worried that Rohit had misunderstood her like everyone else. Really liked how Sona is sharing all her insecurities with Rohit and also the fact about how tortured she felt last night. Also liked that she questioned him for his behavior.

7. I wish Rohit had not been so oblivious to what his behavior did to Sona. "Kisne torture kia tumhe, maine toh kuchh nhi bola." Ugh, I wish he had a better explanation than "sab tumhe doubt kar rhe the isliye jaane ko bol dia." Aur agar pehle nhi bhi realise hua toh ab toh sorry bol do bhai. Ulta Sonakshi ne hi 2 baar sorry bol dia. He did come clean about Raima to Sona and I'm sure he'll handle Naren as well, but this is going to annoy me for a while. If only they could've handled this specific thing better as well..

8. "Upar se wo Raima ki maa aa gyi. Wo bahut irritating hai yaar!" LolYahi toh poori ki poori audience kab se keh rahi h. I also remember that scene when Rohit had gone to meet Sona in police station during her interrogation and said "Bhaad mein jaaye tumhaari mummy". Iss ladke ko aisi ladkiyan pasand aati hain jinki moms bhi alag hi tarah se special hoti hain.

9. "Ek leech ki tarah zindagi bhar tumse chipka rahunga, kahin nahi jaaunga main." Aise dialogue aate kahaan se hain. This is the most bizzare way of expressing love I've heard/read till date.

Now the thing which I least expected, both because it wasn't in the bts, obviously, and also because I've never seen such a thing happening ever before so didn't even know that it could happen - Rohit came clean regarding Raima in front of Sonakshi. Like, if it was KPK, they'd have definitely shown that ML is uncomfortable like Rohit was shown in the hospital, but he would never admit it or talk about it to the FL by himself. So in KPK, it would've either led to misunderstanding in the future or the ML would have explained only after FL's questioning and then FL would have understood and forgiven him. The scene was so nicely executed, right from the dialogues to the acting.

11. "Raima ne poochha tumhaare baare mein toh maine keh dia ki hum log good friends hain." This actually cracked me up. I know the clock in KHKT land is warped, but meri calculation se 4 din pehle tak Rohit ke lie good friends ka alag hi meaning tha. If only Raima knew ki how Rohit defines good friends, she would've known there and then and wouldn't need Siyappa aunty to tell her the truth about Rohit-Sona's relationship.

Pehle 4 saal tak Raima ke liye and now for Sona. He did say once that loyalty is very important. Thankfully the makers have kept it intact.

15. I truly felt bad for Raima today. Girl lost 4 years and Rohit, though she did overestimate her potential in fighting Karan that night, but ultimately was trying to help her friend. (Hum log bhi kitne selfish hain, ab pata hai ki she is no real threat to Ronakshi, we are now feeling bad for her.) She is still thinking that everything can be picked up where she left it 4 years ago.

16. Didn't Veena say that she'd met Raima once, when she was talking to Sona in the hospital after Pune's incident? I think she even said something along the lines ki Raima bahut hi pyaari ladki h. The CVs clearly forgot that part, that's why Raima's attempt at a formal introduction.

Also, he didn't act surprised at all on learning that Rohit is at KPK's set.I think he knew all along that Rohit was going to meet Sonakshi, even when he helped Rohit with the excuse in the hospital. 19. Veena has seen how happy Rohit was with Sona and knows that Rohit was lying about not loving Sona, just for the sake of Raima. The way she looked at Raima's cylinder, it was as if she was reminding herself that she has to treat this girl gently because she's sick. And then she flat out said ki tum Rohit ki dost ho aur humaari guest. She's also not ready to give Sona's place in Rohit's life to Raima. Another Sippy we might have judged too soon because of last week's episodes.

20. So I actually checked the time it would take to drive from Goregaon to new Bombay. Google says it takes between 1 hr 15 mins to 1 hr 40 mins. Aana jaana aur beech ka drama milakar around 4 hrs ho gye. Nice detail.

21. We used to discuss that Raima's scenes, when she was in the hospital, were scary. But I found today's even more scary. Imagine you are driving and somebody falls from a height, right in front of your car. I don't think I'll be even able to move for 5-10 minutes, let alone get out of the car to see what has actually happened. That's too spooky.
    So, Raima just saw Sonakshi and then saw her going away after she asked for help. Probably the last thing she remembered before losing consciousness. Sort of explains the weird obsession she had with Sonakshi and for blaming her for everything.

22. So this part of chhabbis sitambar also doesn't make much sense like all the rest of the things associated with it. Why didn't Sonakshi directly call the ambulance on seeing the injured girl. Why did she go looking for someone? Aur aise behosh insaan se naam kaun poochhta hai? Is knowing a name even required in such a situation?

25. Suman's reaction seemed like any normal mother would behave. Not every one is brave to stand up for some stranger even if it puts your own kids in danger. I'm not saying what Suman did was right, but what she did was something most real people would do, if put in her place. Any mother would be frightened for her own children and try to save them first. Plus, Suman also has guilt about what she did and what she made Sona do, as has been clear from the previous mentions and discussions revolving around this stupid date, so she somewhere does feel bad for not helping that girl and for reporting Karan.

26. All this 26 sepember ka raaz fell flat. If you make such a big hype about something, someone would definitely guess about how the things would turn out because there's only so many ways a track could go and they gave us around 3 months which are enough to brainstorm a lot of possibilities. I actually read some possibilities which felt more interesting to me than the one they showed. At the end, I just felt that there are way too many co-incidences and way too many things happening at the same time for Rohit and Sona. Plus they just went full KPK style in most of the things revolving around this chhabis sitambar ka raaz. Thankfully, everything is out in the open and it is finally behind us.

29. Siyappa aunty - she is truly evil. No matter what issues she has with Sippy family, why's she using an ill girl for her sadistic pleasure. Like she didn't even care when Raima's condition started deteriorating. She was more happy with the possibility of drama this would bring. This lady is seriously sick and not required in this show, honestly. YK has noticed her mom coming out of Rohit's room after talking to Raima and I hope he'll be able to put two and two together after seeing Raima's poor health and just get rid of his mom already.

31. Who would've thought ITV leads can have an open and honest conversation this soon. I mean in the show's timeline it's just the next day after the whole drama. If it was KPK, all of this could've been dragged for another two-three weeks easily, after which we would've got only some part of the conversation we got today. This show's pace never disappoints me.

P.S. Sorry for not replying to the last few comments on this thread. The last week's episodes were difficult to get through at times, so I just took my own advice and let the track unfold before making judgments. I'm pretty sure that even if I'd felt motivated enough to analyse the episode, specially after the disastrous episode of last Thursday (the one and only truly bleak episode for me), it would've all turned out to be a big big rant. So I just refrained from posting on the forum for a while.

I had thought on Friday that I would try to do an analysis of the Raima-Raita week, but couldn't bring myself to watch those episodes again so ultimately gave up on the idea. Hugs to all of you who've ever read, liked or commented on the post. And I was really flattered when you guys asked me to make these posts again. Really, thank you guys.
