I also liked how casually Rohit opened Sonakshi's hair and no over the top reaction from her like holding her breathe. It was so casual and smooth.

My 3rd attempt at posting here today ..hope it works

Decent episode it was but I had a few complaints.

My thoughts :

1. Rohit's selective attentiveness and sensitivity : He thought of as small a detail like the adrak wali chai for Sona but shifted gears when she wanted to talk of the coincidences of their life and the fated 26th sept . Though not intentional , it didn't sit well .

Next behavior that didn't go well with me was Veena sippy did not celebrate her birthday for 4 years and her laadla let it be . I can understand the grief of losing Raima must be tremendous but it's his mum there . The Rohit we have been shown would be a bit more sensitive in this matter .

2. Who plans a surprise engagement or a surprise hello-family-meet-my-girlfriend-your-bahu bomb during a family dinner ? Rohit ke ideas are as atrangi as his purple flower shirt that he is gonna wear tomorrow. And the atrangi-ness hasn't changed or improved with years .

3. The initial bit of them lost in love at their workplaces was cute .. thoda OTT laga with Rohit dancing around in corridors of the hospital but it was cute nonetheless

Dr Simply , Tulsi and Sunita were so cute smiling at their bosses .

4. Their date was nice too , Rohit baba just can't keep his hands to himself i haven't seen the BTS so I am saved from the heartbreak due to chopping by editors. But I feel bad for the cast and crew who painstakingly shoot everything just to get those edited off- shouldn't the crew be in a better sync as to what to shoot and what not to .

5. I can sympathize and understand Raima's mum a bit more today . Her anger is justified but I I don't understand her fear of Rohit sippy. Whatever he did was a call to save her life , not a plot to kill her or send into coma.

6. One point I must appreciate is how Rohit could bounce back and still be a successful surgeon after a failed risk taken on his girlfriend. Anyone weak hearted would have crumbled . That's a good character trait that writers have shown.

7. Loved Sona and pulkit ka conversation on his internship with Rohit . It's cute of him to take her consent and enquire if she would like it or not. And it was puppy love like cute of Sona to take it as an opportunity to praise her BF infront of her mother

8. I loved Suman's convo with Sona about Rohit as a prospective groom for her. But I really can't believe Suman , she says one thing one day and something else the other day .

9. I felt bad for Raima today , looks like she went to help someone and became a victim somehow. Lost 4 years of her life . I don't know whAt their plans are with her character , but for today I sympathize her. Though I do find her getting up in midnight , walking by herself and staring out or window a bit scary and typical ITVish .

Agreed. That was indeed the main concept of the show. If they are ever able to get over this big 26 sept ka raaz, maybe we'll get that. 😉

Sahi mein. Mujhe bhi lagta tha ki bas main hi hu jise Raima ko dekhkar horror show vibes aate hain. But no, we're all in this together. 😆 When I saw her standing near the window, for a moment I expected her to turn her head 180 degrees and ask her Mom, Rohit Sonakshi kahan h? 🤣

Ab mujhe pata laga ki why she is the central character. TRPs nhi aa rhe na toh she's like Sitara's secret weapon. If they intervene, they'll start by making her part time daayan. 🤣

Is 26th sep ko itna stretch kar k makers ne poori excitement hi khatam kar diya.. Now I really dnt care kya hain.. Kyu hain. . But Rohit really cnt blame her fr anything now. . The makers r ruining this chrctr slowly.. Idiot ne suni nehi baat. Propose time also sona asked him he is sure or nt? He ws jumping saying 100℅ .. Now this man jst cnt bck off. 😔 but eventually he will. Damn this itv drama🤥

Seriously, what a difference a single episode can make. I was so positive about this whole Raima situation since the beginning. I was like, these people have kept the characters consistent till now, they'll not ruin it.

Abhi toh Rohit se ye sab karane ki zarurat bhi nhi thi. They are doing it just so they can have a big drama on reveal afterwards. Sona ne pehle bhi I think 2-3 baar alag-alag situations mein wo secret batane ki koshish ki h but she was interrupted everytime. I wouldn't have minded her getting interrupted this time also in favour of the makers' big reveal, par Rohit se kyu interrupt karaya. Kuchh bhi kar dete, Rohit ko emergency ke liye hospital se phone kara dete ya kuchh bhi. Why did they have to show him insensitive, when he's not been that way till now. I mean, he was trying so hard to find out why Sona went to Pune, wasn't he?

Oh yes, so true! They kept on talking without any OTTness. It did feel very natural.

These people have started to add people's birthdays to help them with the week's plot. Pehle Rohit ke realization ki zarurat thi toh Raima ka birthday tha. Ab bade se family function mein drame ki zarurat hai to Veena ka birthday aa gya.🤣

And why are they even trying to show Rohit insensitive towards what Sona went through. He hasn't been that way till now. He was trying to find so hard why Sona went to Pune so that he could help. It's not like he didn't care then. I get that the makers want a big reveal in front of the whole family when Raima appears, but they didn't have to add inconsistency to Rohit's character for that. Rohit aur Sonakshi ke conversation ko kaise bhi interrupt kara dete. rohit getting an emergency call from hospital was so simple and would have done the same for the makers without portraying Rohit as insensitive.

Their date was nice and they had everything to make it look even better. I saw the pics earlier. After the episode, I watched some bts segments and realised why everyone else is so unhappy with the editor. Ye editor baba ki maaya wahi jaane. So much wasted time and effort of the cast and crew.

It's easier to vent out your anger if you find someone to blame for it. I think Rohit is that person for her. Also, she only knows that Rohit did a risky surgery which was not really recommended. So she's angry. She doesn't realise that maybe that surgery actually saved Raima's life, or else she'd have been dead instead of being comatose. I'm just going to rationalise it like that and move on. This mother-daughter duo are going to get on our nerves a bit more, so at least one reason less to hate them.😆

True, he turned that incident as the reason to become better. He even said once right, ki main ek aur patient ko nhi kho sakta.

Yes, she is actually a good character, or was at least when Rohit knew her. Bechari, kisi aur ki help ke liye khud ki life kharaab ho gayi.

That last bit was scary as hell. Maybe Sitara channel can try to bring in TRPs by turning her into part time daayan after our favourite characters get royally butchered.🤣

Just kidding, I'm still holding out hope for Rohit that he won't hurt Sona after what he said about Raima being his past and him being 100% sure. Seriously, ek hi episode ne mujhe kitna negative kar dia h.

Kuchh bhi kaho, they have really made these side characters relevant by adding these small details. Somebody on the team is surely thinking differently.👏
