Gauri is not a bad character. Well, except for the superstitions, of course.

But she seems to have no purpose in the plot. Even as love interest, she's got nothing to do.

I watch online, and if I FF when she comes on, 99.9% I'll miss nothing.

but I feel she will help him in the future
I feel there will come a time when pujari will have to help Rahul and Gauri will convince him to help him

I agree with you Priya, she will have a role later ... I'm concerned that she had said ... " I will sacrifice my life for you if needed, just let my love Live" during her crying fest last Friday ... She may be slated for a sacrifice ...just my guess ...

Wouldn't it be great if both of them find out that Nandu is married ? 🤣... I don't care for either of them ...I came for the murder mystery , I couldn't care less if Nandu / Rahul falls for anyone or not ... I'm just too old for romance I suppose 😃...besides I just don't understand how 2 girls fell in love so fast ... This village is devoid of eligible bachelors I guess 😆

On a serious note,I never disliked Gauri as a character.Her faith is genuine but her upbringing in an environment full of superstition has affected her thinking to an extent.She is capable of thinking logically.It's just that she doesn't want to do so.
Though she does have a clean heart.

Namrata has the advantage of education.But I find her to be a very practical and relatable character.She knows how the system in the village works and how to use it to her advantage.

As @Shaina said,Namrata is the right balance between the two extremes.

The comparison is apt!!!👏

But everyone says Martin Bhaiya wants to get Jon and Arya together in the end!!!
