July 7th 2010 Written Update
Kabir and Asha freeze seeing Samer standing in front of them. Asha whispers to Kabir and tells him to not make Jyoti wait any longer and go to her. She then falls at Samer's feet and begs him to not stop Kabir. Kabir tells Samer to not blame Asha for this, and then makes a run for the front door. Samer quickly kicks Asha away and alerts the guards to not let Kabir out. Kabir is not allowed to go by them, and Samer takes Kabir by the shirt and throws him to the floor. He reminds him that lives can be taken if necessary in this house. Kabir tells him that he's not about to break his promise either. Samer starts beating up Kabir, and Kabir finally starts hitting back😃. Asha and Bhavri come down the stairs, shocked. Raghu also arrives there to pull them apart. He asks Kabir what's gotten into him to be fighting his own brother for a girl.
Samer, Kabir, and Raghu all pick up large sticks (conveniently placed in the house😆) and Kabir warns Samer not to force him to do something worse. Chachi has arrived at the scene by now. Samer continues to say terrible things abt Jyoti and her character. Kabir breaks loose and hits Samer but is stopped by RP, who reaches there in time. RP tells Kabir that he's shocked at his obsession over this girl. Kabir explains to RP that this girl is his life. RP says that the girl is Kabir's life, while Kabir is his life. He agrees to make Jyoti the bahu of this house. RP says he'll go himself to talk to Jyoti's parents to ask her hand for Kabir. Kabir goes to call Jyoti, and then stops by Samer. RP gestures to Samer and Samer hands Kabir his phone. Kabir leaves. Samer asks RP why he agreed, and RP simply replies that Samer doesn't know how to handle relationships. (at first i thought this was a trick, but i guess RP agreed since he doesn't know the rest abt Jyoti🤔)
Next morning at the Sharmas, Deepu tells his family that he's talked with Poonam's dad and he's agreed to shift them all to Jaipur😕. He and Poonam explain how Jyoti has always been talked abt badly in this town. Padma agrees with them. Suddenly the phone rings and Padma picks up. Deepu takes the phone from her and starts screaming at Kabir. Kabir explains that he needed time to fix some relations, and then asks to talk to Jyoti. Deepu hands the phone to Jyoti. Kabir explains that his family has agreed and will be coming personally with the proposal. Jyoti is overjoyed and hangs up.
In the haveli, Kabir goes to meet Asha and thank her. She reminds him that he's not told RP the whole truth yet. Back at the Sharmas, all are happy and have already started dancing (it is so annoying how this family wavers from utter sadness to complete happiness within a few seconds). Dadi reminds Jyoti that despite her sasural knowing her past, its best she doesn't talk about it there. At the haveli, Chachi's servant is telling her that she did so much for the family after her husband's death, and yet RP did not consult her before making this decision. Chachi walks in on RP and asks him what she would say to Ragini's family. Kabir comes there and thanks RP for agreeing to this marriage, and says that Jyoti would like to let everyone be aware that she has a past and that she was previously married. Before Kabir can continue, RP stops him and stands up. (i can definitely see a slap coming on...) End.
