cm takes padma kk and deepu to her room and asks abt whts happening..kk says he is confused..cm tells him to shut up..deepu tells cm not to talk like dis ..kk tells deepu to control...cm says today is uday's engagement and he is not present here..everyone gets shocked ..cm says even jyoti is missing..cm asks dem abt sudha..deepu says she is in the office..cm tells deepu to call sudha..deepu calls in the office and someone says sudha has not come to the office today..cm says the truth is revealed now..cm asks dem to tell her clearly abt sudha and uday..deepu walks out and cm asks the same question to padma and kk..

deepu is worried and he calls sushma ..he asks sushma abt sudha,..sushma says she is in the office..deepu tells sushma not to lie ..sushma says she doesnt know abt it...the guests ask prateek abt uday..and he seems clueless of whts happening...prateek says he has to find out abt uday now...meenal tells cm dt she is worried dt how will she face her father in law..cm tells meenal dt she will talk abt it wid her fil...prateek goes to uday's room to look our for uday..he doesnt find him anywhere and he comes into the hall and says loudly dt uday is not in his room. ...the girl's family says so u all have been lying wid us..pankaj's dad says its nothing lik dt...but the girl's family blames the family for lying..the girl's mother say dt everyone will think there must be some fault in the girl dts why the engagement is broken...a lady guest says tht noone will blame the girl but now everyone will make fun of vasisht's..pankaj says dt we dint know abt uday's absense either and we just got to know abt it few mins ago and he also tells dem dt jyoti has gone there to find abt uday..pankaj tells the same to cm...

uday tells jyoti dt he cant go wid her..jyoti asks the reason..uday says the day he decided dt he will marry sudha he was sure dt he wont go back to his home..he says everyone will insult sudha and he cant bear dt..uday also says cm will never accept sudha as her bahu and he will stay wid sudha at some hotel and dan he will start his business..jyoti says why does he think abt himself only..jyoti says if he thinks dt his marriage wid sudha is not a mistake dn he should face everyone and give sudha the place she deserves...jyoti asks uday dt why is he becoming a coward??uday says he is not a coward but he thinks its not rite to take sudha home at dis moment..he asks sudha if she wants to go there..sudha says she doesnt want anyone to call uday a coward and she says one day they will have to face everyone dn why not now...sudha also tells uday dt we will apologise to everyone and will take their blessings..uday says his heart still doesnt think its rite to take her home but if sudha and jyoti says so he will try..

back at vasisth house guests taunts pankaj's family dt how come jyoti left widout even telling dem anything..they keep blaming vasisths for everything...pankaj's dad tries to explain but guests dere doesnt want to listen and dey all leave..they r abt to leave when dey see sudha and uday standing dere as a married couple , sudha wid sindhoor and red chunri and jyoti standing with them..
the girls family clap and says dis is wht u wanted to show us dts why u were stoppng us..they all blame jyoti for it..pankaj is shocked and asks prateek if uday got married..prateek tells him dt he got married to sudha and jyoti is also there with them..pankaj is shocked..
one of the guest say tht meenal's father in law used to praise the family so much but now they will be ashamed dt why they made meenal deir daughter in law..they leave and as usual blame jyoti for everything..jyoti takes uday and sudha forward and padma comes out and slaps sudha really really hard..everyone gets shocked..jyoti hugs sudha...padma asks how she dare to do all this..padma blames sudha for all the insult dey had to face..jyoti tries to cool down padma and tells her dt uday and sudha loves each other and dey wouldnt have been able to live widout each other..jyoti tells padma to forgive them and give them blessings..padma says there is no question of blessing infact from now on dere is no relation btw her and sudha..and the epi ends..

It's revealing how Minal, who boasted about how she got married when she was taunting Jyoti, reveals that she lives in an abusive relationship with Keshavji, her FIL. Let's get this straight - he fixes a marriage with his bahu's brother which the brother doesn't ultimately accept, and he's going to punish the bahu for that? 🤔 So in his opinion, his bahu's relatives should be forced to marry people he chooses? 🤔 Minal is so scared of the consequences that CM assures her that she'll talk to him? The same CM who is so abusive towards Jyoti's family (incidentally, well done, Deepu, even though he got humiliated when he found out that Sudha wasn't at work) grovels before Minal's in-laws, and probably would have before Uday's as well? That's one thing I liked about the otherwise uptight and ostentatious Kota family - their ability to bring CM to her knees. I thought Pratik blurting out Uday's absense was funny, particularly in that it made Minal so scared. Given how obnoxious Minal has been, I don't really feel sympathetic towards her as I otherwise would. Maybe Minal could have used a MIL like CM? 😆😆😆

I liked Uday's plan of leaving, although Jyoti's accusation that he was self-centered missed the mark. He's trying to live a new independent life with his own work (I guess he'd no longer be working w/ CM) and start a new home, where Sudha would be safe and respected, which she wouldn't be w/ CM and Minal around. Incidentally, I loved Uday and Sudha refering to each other as their patni/pati for the first time.

The final scene - I was somewhat sympathetic to the Vashists, but I thoroughly enjoyed the bridal party insulting CM and criticizing Keshav for having Minal as a bahu: it would be funny if Minal's marriage gets ended as a result of Uday's eloping w/ Sudha. As for their criticizing Pankaj for allowing Jyoti to go w/o telling him where, and Jyoti for inviting them over and then getting Uday married to another girl, that was way over the top. Sudha did Uday a real favor by sparing him from marrying into such an uptight family: w/ the Sharmas, he'd at least have a sympathetic audience, except of course for Padma, who hates him. I also found it funny when they were walking out, ran into Uday, and turned to CM and asked her whether this was the reason they were delaying them 🤣🤣🤣

As for Padma slapping Sudha, what's new? I'm glad that Padma will have no relationship w/ Sudha going forward, so that unlike Jyoti, Sudha doesn't feel any need to serve her maakya.

Monday will be CM's turn. I hope she spares Sudha any grief, and just does what she was shown to in Thursday's end of show pre-cap: tell Uday that her relationship w/ him was over, and congratulate Jyoti. I also hope that Uday moves out of that house, and settles elsewhere w/ Sudha: between his salary at whatever he in future does, and hers, they can pull things off.
