Finally, it seems clear enough that Uday and Sudha are both in love. The parting glances, when Sudha was about to leave the function, and cm caught that out, and prevented Uday from escorting them home this time. I think I understand why cm is doing it - she doesn't want Devika to be hurt/betrayed, but nonetheless, it was sad to see the expression of disappointment on Sudha's face as cm caught hold of Uday's arm and prevented him from moving forward, signifying a rejection.

Also, later at home, when Sudha was making tea, she was fantasizing about Uday complimenting her on her bindi, and serving her the samosa, even though she preferred the sweets to that. Looks like both of them now know who they want - it's just a question of enabling it.

One amusing side note about the subsequent clip (below) was Jyoti congratulating Sudha on passing the exam despite having to do all those household chores.

When one factors in that not only did Sudha do household chores, but that she also regularly moonlighted as Devika, wouldn't she be even more worthy of accolades? 😆

Congratulations: Sudha gets a job

Finally, payback time for Sudha. Unlike the earlier occasion where she was humiliated when she tried applying for a job, here, Devika came to her rescue 😆😆😆 and landed her the job. Now, if only Sudha knew how to switch back & forth b/w Sudha and Devika.

Too bad Jyoti was engrossed, but dear Uday overheard it. Funny how just yesterday, she was talking about being a teacher, and today, she picked up an Office Assistant job. (I'd have preferred to get something a bit higher, since even Sushma had this job w/ Thakkar, albeit though far less qualified for it)

Hope Uday has another party. Maybe a take-home for their entire family, or another restaurant date. Since cm is gone, they can even double-date - Uday, Sudha, Jyoti & Pankaj.

And I can't wait to see the look on the dear Sautera-ma's face - she was the one who suspected that Sudha is hardly the career type. So of all the betis, hers is the only loser.

This week, Sriti's acting was just awesome!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏 Particularly the way she played a distraught Sudha!

Just sad that tonight could be the end of Suday, not just Udhika, and it's tough to blame either Uday or Sudha for it happening 😭
