Something tells me that the Shezaade will not resort to any punitive action on his Intelligence Officer, whom he had taken in his custody several years ago as a small boy and groomed him to come to this level. Anyway let us hope that Lashy will present us the chapter where the Shehzaade and our Khan sahib are going to meet, in the similar vein as she did earlier in chapter 25.

Aunty what you said would be true if the Shehzade did not have anything to implicate AMK with. I am not equating him with the likes of Khalil or Mahendra but at the same time his only object of expectation from AMK is devout loyalty. Imagine a prince comes and informs him a news with a message written on a plain paper with no seals and stamps and he wants to make certain it is not true and he is justified in doing so after all he is the future emperor and he can't believe his own shadow for power and the throne. But imagine when Farooq Sahib, the second person he trusts after AMK, the revered royal advisor, comes with fake proofs or papers or men of Khalil to falsely implicate AMK, do you think he will still believe AMK over all these men?? And very rightfully so, he will not believe. He will ask for counterproofs from AMK to prove himself innocent. It will be difficult to produce something which is nonexistent!

Then we will see how much of AMK's loyalty the Prince actually remembers or believes or trusts!! The Prince per se is not evil but like most Prince of Mughal dynasty he was rigid, orthodox, selfish and cruel! To gain his own benefit he can use Khalil or AMK or Farooq Sahib but it all bottles down to proofs! What Khalil and FS comes up with will decide the future of AMK. Ustaad has to do 'chor ke upar seena chori' to free himself of all accusations and allegations and Heera and Parnagarh as well. We will see how our formidable team work to save themselves. 😃

True. Trials and tribulations bring out the best and the worst in people. It does to them what furnace temperature does to metals - makes them vulnerable and molten and how they harden and come out of the fire shows who and what they truly are. But the intermediate perilious period - the molten period is quite a sensitive and tumultuous phase for them and those who care about them. 😭 ( me too just this one today)
