Lashy Sahiba you have delivered Another one of your masterpieces and what a masterpiece indeed!
The chapter began with your marvellous description of the way the informer tried to battle the cold along with his fear of death at the hands of three brutes. I was worried too that this time too the information would not reach the ears of the Ustaad due to the death of another of his informers. The entry of Ibrahim did disperse his worries a bit but not completely so. It must have not been due to the lack of trust on Ibrahim's skills but because of his own reservations and complaints about his job. We also see Ibrahim as one of Ustaad's able student here who uses his wit and decides to stay inside the inn and wait as they would be more safe. Then the entry of the most awaited Ustaad and his profile demanding attention.
Sandy di's guess in the previous thread proved to be absolutely correct. 👏
The reason for getting Chota Faizan killed becomes clear as, if he would have revealed that it was Mahendra who was meeting with Khalil, the murderer of his supposed beloved Durga, then as Khan Sahib concluded later on, it would have been a scandal. How smart of the Ustaad to use a glass hukka jar as a mirror to survey the situation behind him and look for possible exit routes without having the need to turn. Wah Khan Sahib! Wah! 👏
Lashy di personally I am an action scene fan and the action in the alleyway was fabulous. He did suffer some bruises in getting the strangler' to babble but it was worth it as he got to hear what he wanted to. How effortlessly the Ustaad got rid of both the attackers. The strangler' was strangled and chocked to death and Raftaar', the agile one among the attackers who never misses his target, was no match for the Ustaad's aim. Indeed the Ustaad is a one man army.
When the Ustaad and IM drop the informer we see how the Ustaad expects not only loyalty but also dedication from those who work with or for him. He hence dismissed the informer because even if he had gotten the info but he had grumbled and complained about his job.
During the journey of the two men towards their home we see how the Ustaad turns into AMK and his student Ibrahim turns into his friend. Mirza's teasing caused colour to appear on AMK's fair skin is such a new sight. 😊 The way he tries avoiding answering the questions is just so cute as he suddenly declares a race. 😆 This teasing session also shows that for AMK the people who work with him have become his family be it IM or Chota Faizan whose murder he had just avenged.
'welcome to this side of a man's life, my friend...'
I think what Mirza meant was that now AMK too was finally aware of the personal aspect of his life just like a normal man is supposed to be. Finally he too had a reason to take it slow' and catch a few winks of sleep'. 😉😆
And then back at Parnagarh we see Heera at work too. Even if to an onlooker she would have looked distracted and uninterested she was focusing on the behaviour of the group before her.
The way you have described the condition of Heera is so beautiful. Her features are filled with enthusiasm as she goes to read his note over and over again. And then the note was so sweet! And then Khan Sahib says that he is no poet! Each word of that small note is filled with so much emotions that you just drown in them, just like Heera. The way Heera was trying to hide it from everyone.
The teasing session from her maids was just uff'. Heera was contemplating whether to answer or not and how to answer. And all of them were soo enthusiastic about knowing about what happened on their Baisa's first night. 😳😆
The louder the protest, the more one has to hide.
The stronger the denial, the more the secrets buried inside!'
Yep she indeed had a LOT to hide. Namely a very handsome husband and a note by that very husband thanking her for the most beautiful memories of their life.😉
This part mainly showed the professional sides of both Khan Sahib and Heera and ended with their reminiscence of that fateful night 8 days ago.
In the beginning of the second part you depicted Heera's feelings so well. First she was anxious about his well being and was soon replaced by elation and relief when she saw that he was fine. Then she was anxious because she was going to face him for the first time after that night. Because she was going to face him for the first time since the dimensions of their relationship changed.
How magnificent it is when both of them talk purely through their eyes. It shows that
their love is so strong that no words are required to convey their feelings to each other. Their conversations are telepathic!
Heera noticed the change in his voice instantly. So observant!
Then came the lunch specially prepared for him. As he ate all Heera could do was ogle him. And the way he ate the laddu giving her an actual show of how he had devoured the last one of those that she had gifted him.
Heera prepared ittars for her dear husband!👏 The only reaction I could give when she mentioned why she had chosen to do so was just a number of awww's'. How much more cuteness can you pour into the chapter Lashy Sahiba??!!
Her concern for him when he shows her his bruises and then the way he consoles her. Being a Hakim Sahiba she was used to witnessing injuries but it took some bruises on the neck of her husband to bring tears to her eyes. 😭
The teaser was indeed misleading. I had thought that it was happening before the *ahem ahem* but turns out that it was a part of the post *ahem ahem* romance. 😉😳😆
And then you ended the chapter with the messenger being well and alive and proceeding towards Royal Piggy.
Here I am getting anxious now. After reading that I was like, "Sayyid find him, stop him, do something. You made us float on air and then bought us down to face harsh reality. I just hope that Heera and AMK be strong enough to fight the approaching storm.
Lashy di in this part we got to see a completely different Khan Sahib. One who laughs and grins freely without a care. One who teases his wife to no end. One that makes sexual innuendos about being hungry' and then goes on to satiate both his stomach by eating and his desires by seducing Heera with ittar 😉. Maybe this a because Heera freed him from the chains of his past allowing his heart to fly and flutter along with hers.
If I have to say in a few words what I felt for both the parts then I n part one I was going WOW' and in part two I was going ISSH'.
And what to say about the picture! I have no words to describe it. I have noticed that in each new picture the clothes on Khan Sahib's body have decreased. In the earlier banner he was in the elaborate and heavy Mansabdar attire, then in the new banner we see him in his simple riding attire and now in this picture we see him shirtless! I can't even imagine how many THUD's' Lana do must have gone through seeing her CS in such a state because I surely have gone through a number of them.😉😆
