I liked the self-satisfied look on Chandragupta's face when he bares his coat of mail. But what if she had been like the Bulgarian umbrella killers, and had stabbed him in the neck with a sharp hair ornament? That would have been far more practical than this bizarre spiked contraption.

As for how the show will shape up, my guess is that with luck, it will be good for 6-8 months. I am already wary of the insanification angle that is already up front and centre in the Nandinispeak we have been shown, and to hope for more than about 150 good episodes, or 8 months worth, would be being over optimistic. If it is much better and for much longer, why then that would be a big bonus!

I did so yesterday, my dear Sohini. On Star Plus as well, on a 50 inch screen. It looked very handsome.

The SBS interview was a complete surprise. Yeh log is bachche par kab se itna meherban ho gaye? Wonders will never cease! I liked it the best when he affirmed that he was obsessed about his work ( have I got that right?), he was not arrogant about his work.

Good Lord, Munni, this is something else again! Where has this been put up ? I could not make out from the signboard on the right. I do not know if Ekta did anything similar even for Jodha Akbar. She seems to be really pulling out all the stops for this one!
