Oh, the booing was a bit of a joke, though I did sound, in my comments on the HBAS threads, rather like the Grinch Who Stole Christmas!😉

Come to think of it, the namaskaram done to elders in Tamil Nadu is tougher - the women have to go down on their knees and bend till their forehead touches the floor near the elder's feet, and the men have to do a shashtaang namaskaram, ie stretched out full length on the floor, with the arms extended in front and the joined hands touching the elder's feet! Good for the limbs and the knee joints, no doubt!😉

I am afraid you might want to boo me for saying this, but the HBAS threads make my head spin, and my innards being the way they are now - which is very queasy - I do not think I could risk that endless series of long, longer and still longer chain posts. It would make my head ache on top of everything else.. Nor am I feeling like those endless Good Mornings or Good Nights either, not that I ever did much. I like substantive discussions, not overdoses of chit chat. There, I have said it!😉 I have not even read Chapter 17, and do not plan to do so till the time when I am ready to post my take on it. I am sure it will be a treat.

Here, I had something I wanted to say, and I could say it in brief. That is all.

Let us see how this show opens tomorrow. I will try and drag myself erect and do a small opening post on it. I want to see what the response is like. I keep talking of reviving the good old Jodha Akbar days, and regrouping with all my old friends from three years ago, but I have an uneasy feeling it is not going to work out that way. One should, as a rule, never try to go back to very good times.

Plus I am, physically speaking, not what I was 3 years ago either. As I said, let me see how things go. As of now, there does not even seem to be a Chandra Nandni forum.
