This is just not done.I was so engrossed into reading Khan Sahib's reverie & his sudden change and the update ended😭😭
One week seems too looong these days and I'm growing greedier with each update😔Guess,I was fortunate to read NJAPA in one go without going through this agonized wait😆
Coming to the update..loved it to the core.Their emotional turmoil is so wonderfully written👏 and I can't help feeling bad for them,especially Heera.😭
This update showed the similarity in the thoughts and circumstances of Akbar and Heera.Akbar had stayed observing the Lady for a time longer than usual which is unusual for him and Heera felt distracted with the staring/admiring session which was not actually new to her.In short,both were feeling/acting strange around each other.Same goes with their uneasiness as well.They are annoyed at themselves for failing to keep a check on the emotions.
Maids' harsh comments were definitely unexpected and uncalled for.I'm surprised and happy with Azzez's gentle lesson though it pushed our Heera into an unpleasant situation.The ladies complained of men's snigger, conveniently forgetting their staring session just a while ago😆
Still,I love them for this..'Y... yes baisa...' they assured her sadly - not as sad about being told off, as they were about the expressions on their mistress' face.I was unhappy with them for causing trouble to Heera..but this single line made a different impact,altogether.They might be impulsive & prejudiced but their adoration for their Baisa can't be doubted⭐️⭐️.
The entire scene where Chanda implements Azeez's plan is written in an intriguing fashion⭐️ You took me by surprise along with Heera and her gang😆
I can't even imagine what Heera must be going through..on one hand she needs to let go of her sister's last remains and on the other hand deal with unfamiliar feelings,all alone.So many responsibilities to deal with including injured guards🤔Thank God,Maharaj Kaka has managed to find a priest to perform the rituals..a slight relief amidst the chaos.I sincerely wish,peace to both the sisters.
Heera,the healer is in dire need of a healer,for herself
Enjoyed Azeez & Co's tease-a thon immensely.Akbar had become the scapegoat that night😆Chacha jaan too is very funny😆Love all of them.
Can't wait to know of Akbar's past and the topaz ring's mystery😛
Loved each and every word of Heera's and Akbar's musing.Every word has a great influence and meaning attached.
Quoting few lines that I loved the most(though,badly want to quote the whole chapter)
It'd sensed that the 'flick' of its reins, wasn't the 'full-fledged flick' it was used to receiving from its master. It was only a 'half-hearted whip'
