The current situation of hers is beautifully described, when she put on the crown and remembers her sweet moments and yet again when she put on the crown the second time after taking the rose in her room, she is completely new person ...the queen of a great king...who does not back off...I loved the molding of character from being under confident or more lost to focusing and confident just the way her beloved would have wanted her to be...

congratulation for this awesome os. with each new one your writing became more sharpen. you are such a creative person here you bring out rarely touched part of ja's life and elaborates it beautifully . jalal done every thing in his life to keep her happy after his life his action ,talks , planting of rose plant , his wish how he want to see her always and all this sweet memories boost her inner to be happy and to make his soul happy. she feel her soul mat's presence every where . here I remember that scan of ja when jo feel him in front of her while reading his latter from war site. very beautifully pen down and I enjoyed reading it in spite of it is with a bit sad touch but I loved soul mats love,care and deep thinking about each other. that was the lovely part when she understand his purpose to plant a rose plant and he said that roses pass me your msg.

Your writings are always enchanting, lucid and close to heart... Needless to say how much I loved it, how much I felt it and how much it moved me. This is very different from the happy topics what you prefer to choose as the plot of your stories, and I have loved the change, as you have successfully portrayed the emotional pulse of the situation. Loneliness of Jodha, her travel through down-memory-lane along with the remembrance of her love, losing herself in those memories, and lastly her inner strength of being a true empress is wonderfully written. Thank you dear for such a deep OS.😳😳

The situation that you have chosen for Jodha is really, really very toughest one. She cannot break down much as she has to keep the dignity of the queen-mother intact, but she is unable to accept the face that he is no more with her... and she is absolutely alone in this situation, there is no one to console her. I sometimes think how much difficult it had been for real MUZ to live in this situation at the time of Akbar's death! Akbar had to close his eyes forever with lots of uncertainty and worry, and she, being alive had to bear those even after he left her side!First the rebel of her own child against her husband for the arge of power and throne, then the fight between own son and grandson for same reason; the rebellion of the very closer ones, who were actually like her own children, against her own child and his cruel decisions against them; slowly seeing the known world to be changed in an unknown one... must have been dreadfully painful! The lives of the empresses are so strange, their most near ones continue to fight with each-other only for mere power of crown which is much much less than the importance of love and relationship, and they have to see this play of destruction of her family in own eyes helplessly... though History never speaks about the hidden tears of those mothers. Who cares! History is of him who achieves victory!

Though these are not related with the OS. In your OS Jodha is all drowned in the memories of Jalal- the day of her first step in royal court, the carefree happy moments that they managed to spend together stealing time from their busy schedule. Needless to say that both the flashbacks were awesome; I liked especially the first one where we get to see a very modern, unorthodox, supporting and understanding Jalal who is at the same time romantic and caring...😳 The sequence after the flashback where Jodha got to see his glimpse is really touchy and tear jerking.😭

The angoori-baag flashback and the rose is all awesome... Such a lively description of the tender love between husband-wife.😳

The part where Jalal's soul came to her was really heart-touching! You wrote in so delicately! Beautiful!

"Words will never be able to describe how elated she felt at that moment. In that one moment, in the reflection... it was the Jodha of 50 years back. She could see the previous, glowing Jodha in the mirror, and behind her, the charming Jalal of old. A picture-perfect moment in time it was, one she so wanted to capture forever!

Her hand involuntarily travelled back to her shoulder, where Jalal's hand was. She squeezed it tightly, not wanting it disappear like before.

She closed her eyes tightly, her hand clutching his even more tightly, she let tears fall. She wanted to live this moment, his touch, his warmth, his presence for as long as possible.

This one moment with him had given her the strength to live the rest of her life. Feeling a new energy in herself, she finally opened her eyes, clouded with the tears. She blinked them a few times to get a clear vision...and as expected by her, her Jalal was gone."

The last part of the OS was very smartly written, with perfect usage of words and all the feelings of heart! Thank you my dear for writing this OS.😳😳

A thing I forgot to ask, you have taken the time of 1620 for the story right? But Akbar had died on 1605, and Jodha on 1623... Why suddenly you chose 1620 for this story? Casually or any special reason? Just a curiosity. 😆
