I don't want to stereotype but nonetheless I saw a photo of the CV's sometime back. All male, all looked like body builders moonlighting as CV's, no wonder we got the tracks we got. I never expected sensitivity from them.

Even more important than that is respect. If you don't respect a historical figure then obviously you will have no qualms mangling an image, but then they why should you have been hired for that post in the first place.
