Mandy, I have overdone things yesterday with that huge post plus all the responses, and I cannot do anything today, I need to rest my knee if it is not to create problems and displease my orthopaedic surgeon. So no Part 4 today, but I shall put it up tomorrow.

It is all getting to be great fun, with my old readers trickling back one by one, and some new ones too. But too many of them - I PMed all my former regulars - seem to have abandoned JA and this forum for good, and do not even read their PMs.
