Abhay, today's thread title is perfect. 😆

Today's episode was nice, shocks here and there but most of it were pleasant. They are setting up the scene for Jalal to leave to war, and Jodha to have saas problems basically. 😆

Salim??:

Time heals best, I guess its true. Its been a while since Salim is back in the palace, and his change of heart is very much visible now. Looks like it took a jolt to his head, to realize that his parents aren't conspiring against him, but instead love him. However gradual the change, change is good. He has started calling Ruks ''Baddi Ammijaan', he is openly supporting MUZ and has become happier in general. He has let down his guard and reserved attitude and maybe is finally feeling 'back home' in the true sense.

I don't think Salim has realized that he is calling Rukaiyya B.Ammijaan, unknowingly the increased respect for his mother MUZ, has gotten Rukaiiya's place down. I feel this change is something that Salim himself is not very much aware off, soon without realizing he will call MUZ, ammijaan too. I guess he is finally feeling like he belongs, just like old times.

HB and Jodha:

After 20 odd years of considering Jodha as her daughter, such intense hatred seems a little too much. HB is getting old, and maybe she feels as an elder her decision was for in the best interest of her family. However the amount of hatred she has amassed for Jodha in such a little while seems like too much for a daughter. There seems to be no sign of HB feeling bad for treating Jodha like this.

Is her anger about Jodha not converting or Jodha insulting her by not following he orders seriously?

Now asking Jodha not to call her ammijaan, is too drastic a step. It makes sense to be angry for a while, not hold it forever. I hope this conflict gets resolved soon. HB under Ruk influence now, what could be worse?

Jalal:

I love how Jalal is giving Jodha the space to handle the matter herself, he is not yelling to just sort it out. He too must be in a odd situation to see his Mother and wife fight, and stay away from it.

Today, he did not go force his opinions on HB, but instead brought to light how Jodha was not really wrong, leaving the ultimate decision to her. He is trying his best to keep the HB-J relation in tact. If he did come and yell at HB, that would make the situation worse as HB would have thought that it was Jodha who instigated Jalal against her.

This is also the first war that they are showing him fight not for land, not to suppress a revolt, but for something that he truly believes in, religious equality for his citizens. So the reel Jalal must be having enough and more on his plate.

DOUBT: if reel Jalal wins this NR war, does that mean Iran will come under his territories?? 😆


Rukaiyya has found her new pawn in Hamida, and I hope they don't intensify the hatred anymore just to add drama, after showing a perfect mother-daughter relationship. I really hope Salim stay's the same. And most importantly I hope this promo is not some stupid MU, and Tedha Jalal has some sort of plan here as most of us are hoping. Once Jalal leaves, the resposibility is upon Jodha to make sound decisions, and how much ever opposition she may face from HB+Ruks, I want to see a strong Jodha who discusses her idea with TM and BB and makes sure, it's implemented. :)

However much we want to see a healthy scene of Jalal and Salim too, since even in history there was a little tension, the CV's will milk it to the maximum never letting the father-son duo ever have 'peace'.

The CV's have been treating Jodha's character super well. past 2-3 episodes. So hoping tomorrow too we see a strong Jodha. Usually her support is HB, and now HB is against her and Jalal is not there, so this will really be a testing time for her. :(

Another nice episode and wonderful to see Salim standing by Jodha😊. Looks like he has started realising that his Ammijaan has very strong values which even he cannot ignore. Loved the way he told Ruks that in this case he will always be by his mother's side. He even said despite he loves his Dadiijaan, but this time she is wrong.👏.

Jodha Jalal scenes are always a treat to watch. Last scene was extremely cute and as always Rajat & Paridhi nailed it😳👏.

Best part of the episode was when Jalal spoke to his Ammijaan and reminded her how she chose to be with her husband and left him alone at tender age of 1+ year. If Jodha is also standing by her husband then whats wrong in it.

I still feel that this behaviour of Hamida Begum is a bit out of character. Looks like its something much more than what meets the eye.😳

Getting more and more curious about forthcoming episodes😉

@bold. So true, the comparison was so good. I thought that would be enough to atleast improve HB's anger a little bit, but looks like it did not. 😲

I am still very much worried abot the prmo, something seems very much off about it. :O
