Chapter 2

Day 2 in Jallal house

All relatives and family friends are assembled in Jallal's house...all were talking with Jallal's parents...while Jallal is busy checking his mail... mean while Jallal father interprets him saying...

Humayun: Jallal beta dheko kon aaya hai

Jallal: yes dad, coming just a second...( looking at the other person who was standing with his dad...) Shaurya uncle ,aap praanam ,how are you

Shaurya singh: i am good beta.. you tell me how are you my son.. and where is my daughter-in-law.. i am dying to meet her..

Jallal: (with smile) she is room uncle getting ready..

Shaurya: accha.. but why are so serious (winking his eye) aur yeh bathao ...family planning kya he

Jallal: uncle ...aap bhi

Meanwhile in Jallal's room

Jodha's parents have come to meet her

Jodha: you here..

Barmal: beta.. you are still angry on us

Jodha: I just don't want to talk to you

Mainavathi: your dad did all that for your well-being ,no parents will think bad for their children .. why are you not understanding that?

Jodha: you people have taken my love from me and your telling you all did this for my god.. no you didn't do this for my good .. you have done all these for your well fair.. as Jallal is a big business tycoon.. you people just wanted to improve your status... so you pushed your daughter to hell. I hate you .. and from now i am not your daughter Jodha singh.. i am Jodha khan now so please don't interfere in my personal matters..( saying that she left the room closing the door on them.. and leaving them behind in room)

Mainavathi: (Lwith tears) how we will tell her that the person she love so much is a bad guy ans he doesn't deserve for her love... he was just using her for money..

Barmal: ( with sad face) don't worry everthing happens for good.. if we try to tell her , she will not understand , and instead she will blame us only...but i am worried what will happen when she will get to know the truth... :(

On other side Jallal was still talking to his dad and shaurya singh .. while he saw Jodha coming down stairs and he calls her ...

Jallal: (smilingly) why are you so late , see all are waiting for you..

Jodha: ( turning towards humayun) praanam papa and bend down to touch his feet..

Humayun: ( loving caresses her head) jeethi rao beta... let all wish be full filled.. ( and showing Shaurya ) beta .. meet him he is my best friend .. Shaurya singh..

Jodha: ( smilingly) praanam uncle... and bend down to touch his feet..

Shaurya: praanam beta... (and turning towards Humayun.. ) yaar thumari kismath dhekar muje jalaan hothahe.. bahath soni bahu milihe thume ( caressing Jodha's head) jeethi rao beta... thumari jaise sanskari bahu aur beti har kisi ko mile..( turning towards Jallal) take care of her she is princess..

Jallal: ( just nodded his head saying) ok

Shaurya: arre kya huha Jallal beta.. why are you looking so serious

Jallal: uncle i have got married , i should be serious na .. i handle so much work now ( turning towards Jodha and winking he added) otherwise wife will not allow to get inside the house

Hearing that shaurya, humayun all started to laugh... where Jodha was getting annoyed and surprised with his behaviour

Jodha: ( to Jallal) i want to talk to you saying she left asking excuse from them..

Jallal: ( understood what she is up to.. he turned towards Humayun ).. dad , uncle excuse me i will be back soon..

Humayun.. ( just nodded his head saying ) ok

Shaurya: ( winking his eye says ) hurry up beta.. otherwise wife will get angry ..

On terrace

Jodha standing on terrace and waiting for Jallal to come..

Jallal: why you called me here all are downstairs come lets go their itself...

Jodha: Stop acting ok... why you acting as if i like you so much downstairs.. i don't like all these

Jallal: what ? are you a complaint box? Always having some or other problem... i was just acting their.. even i don't have any interest to be with you..

Jodha: Then .. why all these acting? Why don't you tell them directly...

Jallal: let me one thing .. you have so much guts to ask for divorce on the first night of marriage .. why didn't you run away with your boyfriend before marriage

Jodha: I didn't had hope that if we run away my dad would have left us in peace..he would searched for us.. or even killed surya( jodha's boyfriend ).. so all my bad fate..i had to get married to you because i wanted my love to be safe.. i didn't wanted to take any risk on his life..and this marriage is only a sort of freedom for me.. from my parents clutchs.. if everything had planned according to our plan i and surya have went to US and done our MS and settled their itself happily.. this marriage came in middle...

Jallal: That's not my problem.. as you want save your love.. i also want save the people i love.. my parents will not be able to handle this.. it if they get to know their ladli bahu have asked for divorce in very first night itself..and so all these drama's ok... and it would better for you if you act accordingly.. i can tolerate anything but not with my parents happiness... their happiness and peace means a lot to me... and one thing i will give you want you want (divorce) once we reach Mumbai...

Saying that he turned to leave .. he walked few steps and stopped and turned towards her..

Jallal: you know one thing, i had also loved one girl more then my life.. don't you worry i can understand you plight, and hope you also will understand my stand..saying that he left.. where Jodha was surprised by his calm behaviour..

Next day Jodha and Jallal left for Mumbai...

In Mumbai( at khan mashion)

Their was a grand welcome for newly wedded bride and groom ..., all Jallal staff and friends were...

Jallal says thanks to all and moves inside the house..and will be surprised at the decoration and arrangements.. all his staff and friends wish's him and Jodha a very happy married life and leaves the place as it was already late night...
