i agree it must have been so difficult to be away from her only child maybe akbar thought she would have more children in future but unfortunately that was not the case, regardless it is so painful to separate a child from his/her mother!

i hope SV returns but i am not enjoying the actor salim nor the character impresses me much! i would have enjoyed more if the focus was on akbar's life rather than salim's love stories!

Jodha Akbar 419: Rock bottom!

Folks,

Today's episode was, as shivis18 was lamenting on Khushi's ageless thread, the very nadir for Jodha Akbar. Not only did Salim plumb hitherto unsuspected depths as an actor - he is pure mahogany, girls, nothing less! - but everyone else hammed it up to glory as well.

Jalal forgot all about his ragamalika of expressions of the day before and reverted to his enraged bull about to charge staple. Hamida et al competed for the best O of horror, and Ruqaiya chortled like the wicked witch in Snow White.

Jodha reverted to Maasa the Great by precap time, ranting away like the mahaantam female character in just about any Ekta soap, while her hapless spouse seemed to be auditioning for a role as a long suffering jamaisaa with a deadly secret that he cannot reveal, no matter how much he is reviled because of that, in order to save the khandaan ki izzat.

I could not for the life of me make our why Jalal did not

(a) tell Jodha the truth and

(b) have that obnoxious brat of his surrounded and hauled off to jail by his soldiers right at the beginning of his tantrum, instead of hanging around till he finished all his declamations, and then having him shot in the safest spot.

And Mandy dearest, the word Salim used was not lalach, or greed, but the very ugly hawas. If I had been the Shahenshah, I would have disowned him on the spot and sent him packing. If I were to even contemplate handing over my awaam to such a nalaayak, I would not deserve to rule.

By episode end, I was not even able to laugh at the onscreen goings on. At this rate, I will soon have to break my own resolution to last out till series end, and quit.

shyamla my dearest i am trying my best to make myself watch the crap show named jodha akbar..ab to naam se hi chidd hoti hai..after watching siyaasat..entry of noor jahan..the passionate love..behtareen adaakari..flawless direction..interesting script and somewhat related to history and not entirely fiction and even if is still how beautifully it is presented!..shyamala in that show Akbar the great is shown great for a reason..he is kept on a pedestal where noone can reach..so much respect and affection shown towards him..abul fazal the learned man is his die hard admirer..jahan pana ka mureed..aur kiss baat ka mureed..his highness ki greatness ka..and what royal aura that show has and in jodha akbar i hear MUZ the great is pushing Akbar the great🤣..every tom dick and harry is threatening the emperor..and salim miyaji ke kya kehne..ek shakal buri..doosri acting buri..teesra role ka na head na tail..!
