I would love if Jalal asks Jodha what she wants for her birthday and Jodha says just want to be alone with you out of Agra. Somewhere out of haram just Jodha Jalal. How about celebrating the birthday like commoners having some fun and romance. Surely Jodha deserves this after the wretched time till now in her pregnancy. Jalal has HARDLY given any special attention to Jodha. 😡

For Jalal's birthday since everybody will want to celebrate it - Jodha can plan a romantic dinner by the riverside in a tent. With starlit sky, candle light and just the two of them. Jalal should tell Jodha how he went to Amer hoping for a glimpse of her, how Jalal fell in love with Jodha at the first sight of her in the fluttering curtains of her palanquin. Jalal can ask Jodha to sing, of course guys spent the night in the tent!

Why CVs NEVER celebrated our cutie Rahim's birthday?! 😕

If we get marriage tracks atleast THEN ATLEAST Jodha and Jalal will get some new clothes. 😉

CVs viewers want to eagerly anticipate watching, not dread to watch! The new tagline is enough to bring the dread in! WE watch ONLY for Jodha and Jalal - I wish CVs loved their vamps little less! It is NO FUN watching the vamps/villains win for 25 episodes and smirk and leads win in ONLY one episode! We want LOADS more Jodha & Jalal please.

PS : I was again very busy last week so did not get chance to read lot of threads. Everybody please share your favorites. I will try to reply to all the posts this week.
PPS : Tamyjaan - you were disappointed about short thread last week, how can I disappoint you?! 😆😆😆

Your take on Jalal is awesome...I agree with you and don't consider him a weak person...He was a great man, not an alien without emotions. He is allowed to feel sad, hurt or break down (though I don't like the fact that CVs exploit his tears for trps...poor boy is expected to cry for days and water all the plants of Angoori Bagh with his tears)...However, It is ok for him to expect his wife to be an emotional anchor. It does not make him weak...Strong people seek comfort in the arms of other strong people...people who have the guts to be honest with them and point out their mistakes...Only fools seek advice and comfort from a yes man in a time of crisis. Jalal is certainly not one. His other emotional anchors Bairam Khan, Atgah Khan or even MA were people who pointed out his mistakes to him. No wonder he loved and respected them...Most kings have a king size ego get rid of critics to surround themselves with sycophants...Jalal was different, and it is this quality that made him one of the most successful emperors in history...Moreover, "boys don't cry"...and strong boys have no right to cry is such a cliche and old fashioned idea...which is so not true. Also, expecting Jalal to switch between rage and tedapan and abandon all other emotions is just unfair.

You have come up with some nice romantic track ideas.

Thank you for posting Jo's pics from post wedding track. The difference is stark. I think they hired a makeup artist from Charlize Theron's Monster. Not everyone excels at the fine art of transforming a stunner into an average looking woman.😉

Radhika's blockbuster thread 'downfall of SD' made my weekend. Amazing posts...intelligent and mature discussion. Different POVs but no one tried forcing their views on others. After ages, I was inspired to make 3 long posts. Loved posts by JAfancharu, impiya, Rashmi, Chitterati, Surochitadutta...you girls are very good writers👏

And of course, you, Radhika, Pals, Abhay and a lot of other friends( can't write all names here) never disappoint me...love ur posts...I am sure you all know it by now..thanks.😃

I like this track...of course, the execution could have been better...but I will not succumb to greed and just enjoy what I am getting. I have to catch up on episodes post Adham-Atgah track. Hopefully Tonite😊

Thank u MaddyO (whats ur real name if u dont mind me asking). spec. loved the post abt the talk with Zee guy. i hope what he said abt the trip n ruqqaiya is true coz i cant bear the thought of ruqqaiya getting her hands on their child even for a minute.

Have been busy all day...Just stole a few minutes to peep into forum now...Lovely post Maddy and loved the posts that you have included😛...Thanks my Jodha begum😉...I agree about wanting some light moments, some Jalal and Jodha moments together were we can see them talking about themselves, enjoying their time together rather than always talking about a third person during their convo...I miss the Angoori Bagh moments nowadays and the light banter that they used to have...I am missing the lep scenes, Jalal sleeping/resting on her lap or her hojra without any fikar, the hugs, the handholds everything...I would prefer Jalal and Jodha going out of Agra (only both) as commoners, so we can see more of them (something like Badal-Kajri track that I so so enjoyed)...

I also agree to the makeup/costume part that you raised...Even I have pointed this before...I specially want to give one whack to the makeup department...Paridhi has such a beautiful face, lovely eyes and a great smile...All they need to do is enhance these features...But nowadays they seem to be dozing off with patchy makeup and pale lipstick shades😡...Costumes for both Jodha and Jalal needs an urgent revamp, though I can pardon the jewellery part😳...

PS: Preet thank you for sharing the convo with Zee. Your Zee convos have always been positive and I would like to believe this one too.😛...Would love to see Jalal and Jodha bonding with their babies before their death and also the journey they will undertake as commoners...And also a big thank you for including my posts (I seldom write something thought-provoking though) among your favourites...Means a lot dear😃
