Seeing your post, I remembered one story Abhay had posted long back. I won't describe the entire story here. Just the gist. Akbar was once praying in a mosque when a frantic girl came running in and pushed him over while looking for something anxiously. Akbar was furious and asked the girl if she couldn't see where she was going and what she was doing. The girl replied that she hadn't seen Akbar because she was lost in the thoughts of her beloved for whom she was searching. She then asked Akbar how he noticed her when he was supposedly praying and all his attention should have been on God.

In the same way, when AkDha are together, the world around them ceases to exist and they simply drown in each other's love. 😊

Radhika wonderful post... Friday we saw Jallu who is totally shattered in pain & betrayal from his relatives, he needs some one who will be there for him (jalaal) not Shahansha... Jo perfectly understood him, smoothed him with her words that he loves only him and will be there with him and he just slept so peacefully in her arms leaving all his worries...

Monday even Jalaal recovered, somewhere the guilt & down , while JO took him with her showed him the path who really he is what he is capable of and what he got from the people... I just liked the way JO said, it's the Destiny who choose him, he just need to follow as he is the capable king and continue the Mugal lineage..

In Tuesday, JJ got new happiness in the form of BB child, both are hoping and waiting for their kids while Ruqu is continuing her plans to become MUZ & have one baby...

I just want Jalaal ask Ruqu what she really want baby or MUZ title. I don't have any hope from JO who will be happy to give her baby to Ruqu... But I want to see at least Jalaal with his TEDA stop this baby sharing and give MUZ title to Ruqu or announce that babies will be with her mother JO at least 1 year..

@bold: I also loved the scene when Jodha takes Jalal by the hand with so much haq and asks him to follow her. It must have been something for a queen to lead a king by the hand through the palace in front of so many people.

The way she explains to him that he doesn't have the luxury to turn away from his responsibilities towards his people because he is destiny's child and has been chosen for a special purpose - it's the kind of feedback only someone who really understands you and your situation can give you. The purpose of bringing him to that room is to highlight the legacy he has to upkeep, in spite of his personal strife.

A king is not an ordinary man, no matter how much he would like to be one. His entire life should be dedicated to his people and their welfare. A king cannot run away from taking hard decisions or facing the harsh truth. Indecision is also a decision - the decision not to do anything to solve the problem at hand.

Jodha had shown the mirror to Jalal earlier too, before the war. That time also, Jalal had been emotionally wrought up at the thought of fighting his own family. This time, he is distraught by the simultaneous loss of his father-figure and betrayal by a mother-figure.

In such situations, Jodha becomes the perfect mix of wife and queen. She empathizes with her husband But she also understands his duties like a queen and makes him aware of them in a supportive yet firm manner.

It is so heartening to see this couple covering up for each other and imparting strength and solace when the other is down. 😊
