Nigar was a different card. Mahachuchak Begum, Nigar, and Khyber were brought in with so much fanfare. However, the characters were childish, inconsistent, and developed with zero respect for the audiences' intelligence. The audiences hated them all (except Khybu's incarnation as a trekker and his death with love unrequited in this life). When these characters collapsed, the producers were caught without a Plan B and we have been living the result of that.

probably the most plausible theories on both 😆 On Chaand Begum I think it was used well as Jalal's final nail in the coffin for MA to push through her lies that she was doing it because of Jodha ... She was doing everything because of her thirst for power

With a full-fledged armed bagawat going on thanks to MA, with MA admitting she had hired Saqina who just "killed Jalal" and also hired the goons who attacked the Shehenshah with swords moments ago, and boasting that she has captured the cannons and her soldiers occupy the palace, I don't think the nail of an extra kidnapping was needed. This is just the CVs' way of closing the CB thread. They'll have to find some other way for MA to get screen space and time. If experience is any guide, they will. :) CB is no longer useful and will slowly fade away.

Akbar becoming close doesn't mean emotionally...certainly will feel pity for the woman, who raised him and who'd brains but her deeds ended her being a lone, pathetic figure towards her end...Also Akbar would have felt little guilt for killing the son of that woman, who was his wet nurse.

Conspiracy of MA in many abortions in harem became known to him, I think towards her death or after her death...and he was shattered then.
