MA knows Jajo schedule so planting Aatifa accordingly was not a big thing.You know what .twice MA had said that when Jalal gets Jo's body ,he will loose interest in her.That never happened ,maybe ,the relationship emotional as well as the physical too ,was so strong between the duo that initially there would have been no chance of Aatifa.But with pregnancy as the intimacy takes a back step atleast for first trimester ,MA thought Jalal would be frustrated and will fall for somebody.Though he has 5000 begums but that level of intimacy won't be achieved with everybody.Somewhere this was game of Kamsutra.

And they say don't go for women's face in this game.She might be different in that aspect.I think MA thought Aatifa would control Jalal using this technique.
