Too much confusion in JA land for now...I am very intrigued by this track...and I am hoping (against hope???) that the outcome would not be the same as the previous few tracks - Jalal proven foolish and Jodha proven Mahaan!

I am hoping for the best!

By the way, I feel that this Rajwanshi girl's letter to Jodha might do an "aag mein ghee daalne ka kaam"

of course ... the CVs will never pour water to calm things down 😆

Thanks!

The execution continues to be okay ... RT has good expressions, Paridhi was super cute in the second half.

Yes, since when does Jodha want to go hunting? I thought that is what Jalal will explain as to why he is not taking her- and she is pregnant as well.

Waise this plot is a two-way street.
Divya, the forum is questioning his love coz consummation is done with, so they're saying whatever poor boy has done before was to win over her body...How could they think like this?😭
But am loving my RT as Jalal...his mischievous smile, mysterious looks, smirks, hot-bod...all are back😳

Hopefully my post created a strong case that his love was not purely for physical intentions ... why did the guy have to wait that long?

Yes, RT is great in his mysterious form

how you cme up with the cat thing and in yesterdays episode jalal said that he goes to sikhar with that tansen group i was like🤣

Not related ... I have been amused by the Schrodingers cat since high school

in jungle wht he will do with that bhajan group😲.

Hence, I am still waiting

Any way i have a weird thought that they connect this track with shariffu track and they end up the track with questioning session of jodha/bakshi with jalal. I know i may be wrong. But they decided to show jodha's highness means it is quite possible.😊

Kuch bhi ho saktha hai

tying in with Divs Uncertainty Principle connection -- I think Quantam Physics pretty much says that freewill doesn't exist ... we can't really pre determine the outcome we want.

that's enough crossed wires for today I think.

Are you saying the CVs watched a Churchill documentaties these days 😆

In real life, you cannot pre determine the outcomes ... but the CVs definitely can. That is where it gets tricky.

What a lovely analogy of the cat and the poison!

Thanks so much!

[Finally, a balanced thread out here - some out there are just to fulfil a vendetta without realizing that any number of online abuse is not going to change the fact that Akbar and HeerKunwari are names taken together even 450 years later! While I've criticized both the leads every now and again, I never appreciated/participated in the posts bashing Jodha -and now don't appreciate the bashing of Jalal. Obviously, he deserves to be taken to task for what he is doing, but the threads that are being made purely to settle scores make no sense - because there is no meaningful discussion of whats and whys happening there.]

I always tried to balance ... glad I am still successful

Nevertheless - back to the discussion here - I picked something from nearly everyone's replies

1) I loved chitterati's response - and her quote 'God.. looks like my tolerance for extra marital relationships has increased!' Loool! Tell me about it. 😆 But if anything I stand the risk of straying - what with 'Jalal' being in my thoughts 24/7 😆
If this was not a hypnosis/trance thingy, I do hope (as you'd stated) that he recognizes his problem and approaches Jodha herself about this issue that has raised. While the CVs have brought this track at the worst of times (couples rarely go astray unless they're incompatible in some walk of life - either the physical attraction dept, or emotions, or social status, or personal preferences etc. Here none of that is the case - so, I wonder what's the point behind this track - and that too, NOW!!!)
I hope he talks to his wife about how his feelings were starting to go astray. I would like to see Jodha upset initially, but that as a husband & wife they work it out together.
If people have not come across this forum, it's called Talk about Marriage - (no I ended up going there, just lazily one day😆) and some stories there are very interesting. All real, mostly emotional. All couples here are those who've had very strong/long relationships and love marriages. A lot of it is based on a couple rebuilding their relationship after one partner went through an emotional affair.
What I mean to say is that most relationships that were strong to start with ended up coming out much stronger after this phase - and these are adults who've been married for 10, 15, 20, 25 years... so... yes... it happens far more often than we think

The partner who's gone astray had to make quite a few lifestyle changes and give up a good amount of ego to get back the betrayed partner's trust... but in the end (maybe a year... maybe two years time, that trust returns when the goodness outweighs the wrongdoings)
Once again, we are even discussing this - despite it being a 16th c setup where kings would have freely had relations with whoever they choose to - only because this story was advertised as an Epic love story to begin with!😊

You know ... it is in human nature to stray at some point but as I said on Thursday ... the timing is weird even by Ekta Kapoor standards ... there is no catalyst

And yes, if the CVs were sticking to history ... this polygamy would work ... but they tossed off history and focused on the love story ... now they suddenly cannot go back to history 😆

My only issue is the sin related to married woman ... I do not want Jalal to be shown as doing the biggest sin

2) Like Ayesha & Rashmi said, I absolutely adored Jodha yesterday. Never in the past did she come around so quickly to apologize to Jalal and now just when sympathy quotient for Jalal is in the negative, she shines like a yellow butterfly. Bad bad girl!
Look at the manner in which, she pouted and came around to his hojra both times -much like a little girl walking up to big bear -twirling her toes, playing with her nails and apologizing so things can be ironed out swiftly. Waise, in all of this let's not forget that her prison trips to visit khyber are possibly against the law. So, while we can all empathize with that huge tarzan guy who might teach Jalal a few lessons in life - Jodha should be more careful about flouting the rules too - more for her own queenly dignity than anything else. Just cos Jalal is behaving like an adolescent idiot now, why should Jodha not maintain her queenly stature/age?

Nevertheless; how sweet the manner in which she played with his necklace/collar - and even Jalal's expressions there (had his mind not been so muddled up at this instant) would have been a treat to watch! Even now, I did love this scene though.

Why o why Jodha do you give him such attention only when he's a bit rusht with you? Why not the same kind of attitude when he's on such lovey dovey terms?
Then again, I guess that's how we all are, aren't we? When we have something with us all the time, we never realize it's value... when we don't we run after it... (erm... lashy time for some personal lessons in this department, maybe! 😆)

Of course, Jodha would manage the situation with grace and nazakhat now! I think his words on how she cannot expect him to always let her go made an impression on her. I agree with Jalal, but he is not on very strong footing to say it now!

3) Like Ash said, after a long time a track is getting me this intrigued. It's almost like morbid curiosity - where you know you shouldn't watch, but you still do to see what happens next! After a long long time, JA is again back on my mind first thing in the morning and last thing at night

4) More than anything, this track has brought about a bit of novelty factor onscreen if nothing else - the laps and leps were getting repetitive... the aap yahaan and hunars were getting boring.
A slight shift in the 'moods' of the leads does make for a different set of scenes onscreen to view
Since, we've realized that the makers are not going to diversify scenes into political/administrative/battlefield/art&architectural realms and harem is the only life it's going to be - then, how many other options do we have?

This intrigue and novelty factor is why I am watching ... yes in the harem dept this is probably the most intriguing thing they can do

On a side note - I was of the stance too.. very naively, I used to be of the impression that if a person strayed I would stop talking to them forever (whoever it was) etc etc...that that person would cease to exist for me etc etc...
But, when it does happen to someone close to you... it's so difficult to shut that person out from your life forever...
It does show that life will always have far more shades of grey in it than it can ever have black/white!

Yes, actions can be good or bad, but they do not change the shade of the entire person
