How could anyone want to post negative thoughts on this day! Unbelievable! and i think everyone has started confusing a serial character Akbar with real Akbar

real Akbar never mentioned any wife's name in his autobiography and his harem women were in isolation and not allowed to come in front of any male apart from son, father, brother and husband and neither have they/his mother/aunt/sisters ever participated in war ever.

Akbar was a liberal, he was not a fanatic. It would not have mattered to him how he was portrayed. He believed in ideals, not in personal fame. If he wanted glory he could forced Din I Ilahi on everyone. And he would have understood that times change and how things are portrayed change too. He would have supported women equality. He was that kind of a man.

He would have watched the serial with a detached interest. For today's episode, knowing what I do of his personality, he would have given a standing ovation.
