Yes ann thanks for that ... but I also read here in this forum & somewhere in google as well ... which said no matter Akbar's love was jodha & he loved her a lot & he also changed his views on other religions & changed many laws as we have seen in the serial also, jodha did have a great impact on him ... but he also held ruqaiyya high ... though he didnt love her but respected her & had a soft corner since she was unable to bear a child & that pinch of ruqaiyya was felt very deeply by Akbar !!

Ruqaiyya was held in high regard. Both in AKbar's and Jahangir's era. Afterall she was Akbar's first wife, friend and Mughal princess.

But it was Jodha/MUZ who held the maximum importance as a Queen and wife in Akbar's life. This can be gathered from amount of important positions she held. Even before she birthed Jahangir.

Ruqaiya's position has been bloated in Akbar's life, especially on net. They use Indu's book as reference 🤢 In historical books in Akbar's context, her mention hardly goes beyond her being his first wife and Hindal Mirza's daughter. But net pe kuch aur hi scene hai 😕 Don't believe net and articles/blogs which don't cite references or sources. Such articles are mostly an amalgam of whatever speculations are rife on the internet.

although people blame jodha for asking jalal to forgive ruq i couldn't stop myself from writing as the i kinda think jodha is right in forgiving ruq.
what ruq did is very very wrong as she was trying to use jalal's weakness to her advantage as she told hoshiyar on the morning after the anniversary that using jalal's weakness to make him concentrate on her and not Jo...she thought that if she uses the pregnancy card jalal will care for her more and spend more time with her as all her life she has been jalal's one and only...maybe not only wife first love or only love but the bond they shared was greater than those as she thought she controlled his mind as "jalal has no heart". then comes jodha and everything changes from the saying to jalal's focus and attention...its natural she became scared and protective of what was her's..she tried everything and still nothing could stop jalal from loving and focusing only on jodha so she resorted to doing what she did and yes it was wrong but blame it on their circumstances..
although she loved jalal she never expressed it as "jalal has no heart" so he wont reciprocate her feelings but another woman comes in and steals her spot and takes away the man who she thought doesn't have a heart only this time he found his heart and it beats only for one person..
and jodha asked jalal to forgive ruq because she saw it long before that ruq was doing her best to separate them so she understood ruq as a woman in love.

thank you lovely ladies, i thoroughly enjoyed your meaningful comments regarding the trio..ruk..jalal..jodha..! relationships are always like a jalebi..sweet yet complicated!..ruk has a personality of her own, if she thinks by planning and plotting she will win jalal over then that is politics and politics can never be pure and simple it has to be dirty..the end result of which could be a hit or a miss..in this case its a miss..ruk dug her own grave now she has to lie in it...and after watching today's episode i am glad that jodha made jalal realize that he did ignore ruk and that ruk also loves him..and jalal would never have realized ruk's feelings for him because men cannot see grey they can only see black or white when it comes to relations..i hope jalal maintains balance..and ruk should also play love and not politics..but we do not live in a perfect world..do we?
