even if he had physical relation with ruks 4-5 months back then also ruks pregnancy is quite logical. most of the times u get know about ur pregnancy in ur 2nd or the 3rd month. for eg. my mom got to know about me in the 3rd month bcoz her monthly cycles were still on when she was in her 1st month. 2ndly, no doubt he loves jodha as a soulmate, he loves ruku as well of course in a different way. so he may not be intimate with others, he was still close to ruku bcoz his feelings for her was still the same. he didnt wanted to side track his 1st wife bcoz he was in love.

<font size="3">Thirdly, Jalal being accused of only wanting a waaris and his relation with Jodha only for a child - this is the worst accusation that one can make on this man, his feelings for Jodha, his relation with Ruqs, his sense of justice and his desire for a child - Jalal's desire for a child comes from his immense capacity for love and the need to be the kind of father and love a child that he must have wanted and missed out on - his love for Rahim speaks volumes of this capacity and yes he considers Rahim as his own son, at the same time he wants another child to love - and what he is craving for is the kind of unadulterated love of a child that comes with no strings attached.</font>

<font size="3">Fourthly, Jalal believing Ruqs - if one looks at Jalal's interactions with people, one would realise that though he has the ability to see others povs, at the same time he also believes the best about them until they by their own actions prove otherwise - this is a great quality though many would call it naivety or foolishness - Infact he gives people a long rope to hang themselves - and becoz he himself has the cherished desire to have a child to love and be a father, he expects the same feelings in Ruqs too, for motherhood - and stating Ruqs' desire for a child stems from a different reason may be presumptuous on our part - hence Jalal believing Ruqs and believing that she would not lie about such a matter would stem not from his own desire but from hers.</font>

<font size="3">Fifthly, Jodha and her reaction - I call this reaction becoz she did not wait for Jalal to get back to her - She decided to find out the cause for his not returning to her side - and she decided to eavesdrop - and what she got to know, caused her sorrow and be jealous and once again I would say that it was the Universe playing the Zen Master, since Jodha's intent was not right - her need to know the reason for Jalal's absence somewhere stems from the fact that she still has only belief and no faith - Jodha needs to understand that in a polygamous set up all wives have equal rights on the husband, even if he may be 'In Love' with one, he has to be fair to all by giving himself and his time to all equally - Yes it sounds Unfair but only becoz of the need to 'Own' - once the need to 'Own' gets replaced by the need to 'Belong' the issue of Fair / Unfair would no longer exist - and this is one lesson that she can learn from her husband - Jalal in all his interactions has been conveying his desire to 'Belong' to Jodha.</font>

<font size="3">Finally the timing of physical intimacy - In my opinion the Ruqs pregnancy has no bearing on Jodha-Jalal relationship - infact what I would like to know is 'What would one call as the perfect time for such intimacy?' - If one acts as per external stimuli no time can ever be the so called 'Right Time' - which is why the wise say that follow your gut instinct / follow your heart / look inwards to know when and how to act - and the call to be physically intimate is one that Jalal has given to Jodha and he would never take it away from her - and the fact that she has taken this leap of faith sends out a signal to Ruqs that the Jalal-Jodha relation would not be torn asunder by lack of faith and it also tells Jalal of her faith in him - but the most important point for Jodha is her intent for taking this step - as long as it is to belong to her husband / her beloved totally, she will have the Universe protecting her.</font>

I hope the only thing that CV's show to avoid further rage against Jalal, is to have post SR moments together, and both of them waking up and enjoying their new found physical bond.

They can show how many ever ruqlal scenes they want after that, but i just pray for the sake of Jalal that they give justice to his character.

I hope he does not run to Ruq after this SR Scene. I am more worried about what CV's have planned rather than thinking about SR episode.

absolutely an outstanding post👏..you have so beautifully covered all as in all the points about jalal and what he did for jodha! both are flawed characters, they both have their insecurities and deficiencies when it comes to being as a fair pair..jalal has been devoid of true love all his life and always believed in conquer by power and keep everyone at his toes by power, whereas jodha has been involved in a marriage forced by her parents to keep their kingdom alive and make peace with the more powerful..and that has itself killed her inner being of her identity as to who she is..that is why she becomes rebellious and does not want to submit herself to jalal because she thinks if he has the physical power to bring her to his harem then she has the inner power to refuse to be his toy at display in the harem..

..and this very turmoil in their relationship has bought them closer..jalal appreciates honest and fearless people because he knows that if they love or hate they will have no two sides to it they will express their feelings as it is..and jodha too appreciated his good qualities of him being fearless and tactful in resolving many issues which are the basic qualities of a good leader..and him being secular and liberal in his views was also added to the string of other great qualities that he possessed...

..now both have explored each other's qualities and with time falling in love is very much justified after so many ups and downs, because inside they respect each other for who they are.. having said that there are still some improvements that need to act as a cement to build a solid foundation of their relationship which cannot be shaken by any MU whatsoever!..jodha needs to learn to trust jalal's decisions on important issues, for example in shenu's case she should not have argued and go against his decision..i did not find it right and i think she needs to learn to bend a little and also see what the other person has to say...whereas jalal has also learnt to trust her and given her the hints that how much he cares her loves her and enjoys her company..in a polygamy set up if a husband is giving so much attention to his favorite begum and basically ignoring the others is definitely not a bad husband for jodha but then what about the others?..can someone answer me why ruk had to stoop so low to get his attention?
