You know they can name a show Jodha Akbar and make the show about relationships or love or SBS nonsense on Akbar but his greatness will always have to, need to and will shine through whether they try to or not. That is the kind of personality and that is the kind of warrior and that is the kind of Shehenshah Jalaluddin Muhammad Akbar was. Nobody can outshine him ever because he is the brightest out there.

The DEK scene without any promos, without any MEs managed to be one of the best we saw since the beginning of the show. This is the feel one should get when watching a historical.. It was just too excellent. 👏

Maybe some technicians were on vacation and now they are back or maybe Ekta has made some new hiring of talented people. Whatever the reason, everything seems to be jelling well. Had this not been the IPL season we may have expected the No 1 slot based on the quality of the episodes.

i agree! the shift has been from harem politics to the real one..a much needed change..and u r rt PH's interference has increased since the off screen fiasco and now the story is also getting better but for how long who knows!

i cannot pin point any scene that was out of sync other than the rupee blooper! the DEK was best till date..it was real politics..and that is what i want to see NOT the harem politics..i hope cvz maintain the standard and start showing us more of such episodes and i am dying to see all his 9 gems in action one by one because they were a sultanat in themselves..and i would call this a great team work whose leader was none other than one and only Akbar the Great!

Especially the DEK scenes, one of the best DEK scenes in a really long time. I was in awe watching the beginning of Jalal's journey into Akbar the Great 👏

Although I do have one small complaint, I was hoping to see more anger from Jalal like we used to get in the Jallad days 😆

P.S I haven't watched the rupee scene so I don't know if they referred to it as rupee or rupiya, but rupiya had been introduced in the time of Sher Shah Suri, so in that case it may not be a blooper after all 😊

i guess the rupee mention might not be a blooper and also that his anger shown in dek was apt not an ounce of ott..loved it!
