What an epi!..a milestone epi!..absolutely outstanding!..i have no words to express my joy of how much i enjoyed it..this is what i was looking for..this is why i am watching this show..today i felt i was watching a historical..for the past few episodes i was confused if i am watching akbar or ranjha!..today i felt the impact of this great leader who once lived and ruled the hearts of people..!..he was known great for a reason..!

i cannot pin point any scene that was out of sync other than the rupee blooper! the DEK was best till date..it was real politics..and that is what i want to see NOT the harem politics..i hope cvz maintain the standard and start showing us more of such episodes and i am dying to see all his 9 gems in action one by one because they were a sultanat in themselves..and i would call this a great team work whose leader was none other than one and only Akbar the Great!

I caught the episode today and I was pleased after such a long time! 😆

He considered all aspects of the problem and did not rely on any single person's viewpoint to make his decision and that is the mark of a good ruler.

There are flashes of brilliance in this show (from time to time 😆) and today was one of those days!

Very nicely articulated.
Truly a watershed moment historically. Donno about others, but, felt like I would have given anything to witness personally this historic event happening 500 years back.

But, CVs brought out that essence on our TV screens and succeeded to a large extent. Dialogues of Jalal were boxing punches on the faces of those opposed to tax reforms, even the ever reliable Atgha Saab was not spared by Jalal.

The show is mostly going to be Jalal's personal relationships, but, interspersing with such historical events does add a lot of credibility to us viewers.

I always criticize the CVs, but due credit and applause are guaranteed for tight scripting and storyline.

i completely agree with you a dynamite like akbar needs more power packed episodes..this could be the beginning of his journey on the path of greatness and such qualities of greatness are never acquired they are innate..he was the one with the vision but the vision was achieved by his team of 9 gems and himself..what if he was another shariffu then would he have appreciated what jodha had to say, in fact he would have molested her and made her a candidate of mental asylum..it was akbar who admired her thoughts and gave her the respect..what would have someone the types of adham and shariffu have done to todarmal or any capable man..?..it was akbar who recognized them and chose them to be in his team..he was indeed great!

Awww Mandy, Thank You So Much for doing this post 🤗Yesterday's Jalalicious episode and Rajat's performance deserved it. ❤️
You know they can name a show Jodha Akbar and make the show about relationships or love or SBS nonsense on Akbar but his greatness will always have to, need to and will shine through whether they try to or not. That is the kind of personality and that is the kind of warrior and that is the kind of Shehenshah Jalaluddin Muhammad Akbar was. Nobody can outshine him ever because he is the brightest out there.
The DEK scene without any promos, without any MEs managed to be one of the best we saw since the beginning of the show. This is the feel one should get when watching a historical.. It was just too excellent. 👏

Great words. Maybe you have noticed, but over the past two weeks everything seems to be better, the direction, the acting, the writing, the filming angles and even Jodha's portrayal.

Maybe some technicians were on vacation and now they are back or maybe Ekta has made some new hiring of talented people. Whatever the reason, everything seems to be jelling well. Had this not been the IPL season we may have expected the No 1 slot based on the quality of the episodes.
