He and his aide in Agra palace is the reason why she and her bro were worried sick ... and now the mention of same man does not elicit ANY reaction.

There was a bit of over the top stuff as you have mentioned (like the necklace bit and Jalal "tottering" to the waterfront and all that) but if you sink all that for a moment Jodha's feelings are realistic ... the poor dear is spaced out and in some alternative reality where there is only the empty shell of ego and some automaton-type responses. Jallu cudnt forget dhakka n hurt for two months and Jo is also human how can she forget his words in five days she needs time and amer is the bestest place for Jo to get out of the situation...if she gets melt easily we wil see nxt day JJ packing their bags to that mental Agra which I dnt want now at all.. As for the "no reaction from Paridhi". I believe that is because of non-communication between director and actress.

By the way if you google Jodha Akbar today, you will find many articles claiming that Paridhi has accused director Santram of sexual assault. Yes, that is the word that they used in the "Times of India"

These are no longer wild accusations, there are serious claims made by respected dailies.

Mark my words, something big is brewing on the sets and it could come out at any moment.

I am sure the writers had the same thoughts in mind when they decided to give Jo bland expressions upon the mention of name' Abul Mali". Its just that is does not sit well with my immense expectiations of Jo.

I did not find anything amiss in her not being able to judge that Jalal is badly wounded since, he had that huge shawl covering himself. I did not find it odd that she in auto pilot mode repeated her dialogues... "I am not coming with you to Agra".

But try as I might, I cannot register the reason for blandness and the excessive concern for space

AFTER knowing that Jalal is wounded and not just exhausted in journey and wounded by the very Abul Mali whose conspiracies she was trying to expose with the help of her bro! That reaction did not sit well with me...
