Congrats on becoming a Goldie !!!! 👏
You know I love ur posts 😛

I did not watch JA when it started airing. One fine day when I was watching Zee the promo where Jo is in Jalal's arms after consuming the poison was shown and I was hooked, that disbelief in his eyes over what she had done and the fear there over possibly losing her ❤️ and there I was thinking why haven't I been watching this show with such fabulous actors from the beginning but then I made up for it and finished watching all epis in a couple of weeks 😆... So yea this is one of my all time fav scenes

hmmm other fav scenes:
1. First Soul Talk - its sooo soo soo poignant, they are together even after death, THEY ARE SOUL MATES in the truest sense
2. When Jalal sees Jodha for the first time
3. When Jodha puts her conditions to Jalal before the wedding
4. The Paani - grahan vidhi at their wedding
5. The wedding pheras, vachans and sindoor applying scene
6. Jalal going to Jodha's Khema on their wedding night, oh the anger, the passion and the chemistry in that scene
7. Jodha feeding Akbar on their first morning
8. Jalal telling Jodha that he married her coz he hates her
9. Jodha giving Jalal a bath, his condition for lying to her father on his gift giving visit to Agra
10. When Jalal promises to make Jodha's life hell, 😆 him standing there and listening to her cribbing about him to Moti
11. When Jodha brings the farman to save moti's life, his tearing it and walking away, her holding on to his arm, his glancing back, her realising what she has done and trying to back off and his pulling her to him ☺️ love that scene
12. Their sword fight and especially that one look he gives her after she pushes him away from her and takes away his sword and points it at his chest
13. Jodha thinking its Jalal pulling at her dupatta when its Rahim doing it and him reprimanding Rahim for pulling his begums dupatta
14. AkDha getting blessings from Salim Chistie Baba and Jalal offering his hand to help her down
15. The Aarti Scene
16 Jodha putting tilak on Jalal and doing his aarti before the Sujanpur battle
17. Jalal asking Jodha to return to her khwabga after the ameris are proved innocent and her glaring at him and him not being able to meet her eyes
18. Jodha putting Tulsi mitti on Jalal's injured hand
19. Jalal saving Jodha from drowning, their dialogues there and the return horse ride
20. their first boat ride
21. All AkDha scenes from Jalal tiger attack till he gains consciousness
22. Jodha applying lep on Jalal's hand in Amer and then the head massage and her asking him to take of his jama for some more lep lagaoing and his reaction to it 😆
23. AkDha Kali Maa Temple visit in Amer

😆 anddd manyyy moreee but I think I should stop now 😃

Congrats again 👍🏼

congo meri behena lost in kumbh ka mela🤗
I totally totally love all the scenes u have mentioned! another one I'd like to add is their first sword fighting scene! where Jodha's face was covered..Jalal's sword falls and he puts the blame on her beauty! "kasoor humari shamsher ka nahi, aapki husn ka hai"☺️ beautiful it was...and the way he unveils her and sees her as if he is gonna eat her up! passion at its peak!☺️

now coming to your mentioned scenes...loved their first hand-hold..Jalal with a smirk held her hand tight in the mandap..now after that dhakka night we got to know why he held them using both hands cause his ones were shaking!😳
the tent scene..how he was angry for refusing him to meet and sing..he fumes and barges in, sees her angel face, his face changes, goes near, she attacks him with dagger, Jalal holds, ishq hai woh ehsaas in BG! passion at its peak!☺️ "aapko duniya se bachane ke liye hum hai, par humse bachane ke liye koi nahi" "aake chehre pe humein lekar yeh khauf ke hum ab kaise pesh ayenge, humein accha laga" ufff I still remember the dialogues Divi!! and then he walks off haste haste, Sharifuddin was shocked😆
and the aarti scene!! my all time favorite! how she offered her, he played with the flame, and that smirk on his face...Jalal is so handsome yaar! and Jodha's open, wet hair..beautiful she is! I've siggies of aarti scene...it always gives me chills!☺️ I remember I made many of my friends to watch the scene to make them hooked to the show and now they r!😆
the Maa Kaali scene was top notch! Jalal proved Jodha wrong.."Devi Maa ke kadmo mein sar rakhne ke liye sar kaatane ki zaroorat nahi hoti, sar jhukaya bhi jasakta hai" awesome Jalal and his action left Jodha speechless!

The fireplace scene...equation has changed b/w them...so much to talk..par dono chup..eyes speaking volumes... stealing glances😳
hayeee my JaJo🤗
Divi u brought back those memories!! bahut bahut shukriya meri behen🤗

Congratulations!!!
I had caught a promo of jalal saying he wants jdha in his armour warrior when jdha was standing in balcony. But, i felt jalal looked lil creepy and jdha lik plain. Then i saw glimpses of jodha having soil in her hand and promising to kaali mata whil jalal standing somewhere , i felt same way.

But, i started watching since shaadi saptah week and caught the episdes since jalal lands up in amer first time. They both looked so royal and elegant jalal not creepy at all. Both looked like as if they r jodha and akbar in real.

1.The first night in tent when jodha is sleeping and jaoal walks in then ishq hai woh ehssas plays in bkgrnd, that moment hooked me to akdha. That was my first fav. Scene. After that i never stopped watching and tolerated tracks like MC, tasneem, benazir track just for akdha.

2. Jodha stopping jalal when he tears farmaan and sword fight that follows

3. Aarti scene

4. Ajmer sharif

5. Jdha dancing, ooh aag scene, ishara scene with sindoor on nose and jodha whispering to jakal to check who s outside, kaali mata scene

6. Jodha jalal lunch date when jdha cooks fir him

7. Soul confession scene and jodha and jalal talkng in her room and then outside fireplace scene

8. Badal-kajri scene: when they get off the biat, in marvaari langauage jodha asks "sevak taane seth bolave, mein taane kaa bolavu" and then in jovial mood jalal answers, mein thara ghar vaala tu mari gharvali, tu jo chahhe bolave. Jodha is suprised so jalal says thhare key lagyu, ki mein thari boli na bol saku. Jodha teases him "haan, theek thak boli bole so jalal replies "jodha begum, kyu jhooth bole chhe tu, aachi khasi toh bole hu mein, chal tane sair karavun". They were so adorable and mischievous in their tone.

9. When they tie dhaaga on tree at babas place in badal kajri avtaar.

These are my most fav although there are many more but if. Started adding then list would be way longer.

Hi , Divya. Another wonderful post 😊 . Loved most of the scenes that others have mentioned here. Most are my favourites too. But if u ask me to list out as such, well then, am bad in recollecting particular scenes as such. Am sort of a bhulakkad that way. But one thing am sure is I liked almost all the scenes pre the Tasneem track & I avidly watched the repeats too at that time. That s how much I loved those epis.

But lately I hardly see the repeats except for a couple of really good epis or scenes here & there. One of them is the Jalal crying out his mohabbat for Jodha in the masjid ( that was no soul crying , believe me , that was Jalal s heart crying out thro his mouth 😉 😆 ). A big 🤪 for the zee walon for uttering such a big lie to us implying that Jalal lied to God 😕 . That scene was beautiful & unforgettable for me 😳 .

Regarding some of the earliest scenes, I d love it if Jodha s seen reflecting back on some of them & pondering on the reason for Jalal s actions then. Now that she s started thinking abt the "prem shabd" in relation to Jalal, this thinking back might be apt & very interesting.

I d love her to think back on the sword scene & why Jalal might have faltered with her. Then the Kalima scene, that she definitely has to think about if she wants to understand what exactly her husband is & his lofty thinking on religion etc, & his deep feelings for her that he was ready even to forsake the throne for it. Then most importantly , I want her to think back on the " dhakka night" & what all he said to her nashe mein hi sahi.

These r some of the scenes I can recall that Jodha should think back on bcos it will give her a good picture of what her husband is in ideals & also what he feels for her. This am sure will relieve her of whatever lingering doubts or fears she might still have about Jalal & might easier facilitate to acknowledge her love for him. After all, understanding ur partner also helps in love. And Jalal has proved many times that he understands Jodha perfectly well. And also , we should also keep in mind that Jodha too kept remembering Jalal s face before marriage , after seeing his image in the water at Gangaur, implying that she was somehow affected by him too & it wasnt all one sided 😉 .

She's defiant and fearless as she practices her moves - when he enters to see an interesting competitor having taken over his usual playground!
He's passionate - both, about the sword and about the woman standing in front!

They battle it out, without giving each other any leeway... they treat each other like proper opponents...after all, they are equals in their own might...

And after it all.. when Jalal places his sword against her neck, close to her, observes her slowly and then removes her veil... she doesn't even twitch - because she knows the power of her beauty and at the same time, her mind is making ten calculations as to when she could grab back her weapon and turn the duel in her favor...at least, to escape!

Once she takes advantage of his brief distraction, she clutches back her weapon, spins around and places her sword on his shoulder now...
As she does so, her tresses fall open.. she notes it for a second, but cares not...
He stands defeated, yet happy - he'd lost his heart once again!

'T'was not the fault of my skills as much as twas the fault of your beauty' he states!

My favorite scene as well... And your beautiful description made it look like a masterpiece.😊

Divya, congratulations on your 1000th post!

My favorite Jalal-Jodha scene? It's tough to find the answer to that one but I quite liked the scene where Jalal was there for Jodha at the tarazu when she was finding it difficult to decide about running for harem warden. In the show we usually see Jodha "lecturing" Jalal but here, for the first time, it is the opposite; Jodha is having a tough time making a decision and Jalal is offering words of encouragement with his unconditional support in whatever decision she takes. The woman is the anchor for the man but here the man can also be the anchor for the woman. Both persons grow through the relationship and through this scene I felt it does not only have to be Jalal who does so.

An oldie Jalal and Jodha scene that I liked? I quite liked the Ajmer Sharif scene where Jalal joins in with the Sufi dancers. In that moment, he has left all his troubles behind - the throne and the recent grief of losing his unborn child - and has become one with himself. He is at peace and he is content and he needs nothing more. This is one of the first times where Jodha realizes that there is more to this man than what she has judged of him. I also liked the cinematography - the blue palette of the scene and the way the light hit the dancers - it was so peaceful and perfect.

Congratulations...love your posts. I have noticed that you have very good sense of humor.
my all time favorites have already been mentioned. I guess, most of us think alike when it comes to this.

Some good scenes in recent episodes

1. whole ' hum baat Kar rahein hain' harem election scene from last week.
2. Last Tarazoo scene where Jalal encourages Jo to stand for harem election. Beautiful role reversal.
3.The flashback scene where Jo convinces Ja to release SD...Wonderful acting by both leads...loved the dialogue...' kyunki who hamaare virudh thay, hamaare pati ke virudh nahin' and Jalal's on expressions on hearing that were bang on. They have come a long way.
4. On a lighter note, did anyone else like the Jail scene where the inmate tries to chit chat and later hug Jalal. Jalal's ' kahaan fas gaya' look and Jodha enjoying their interaction was so cute. Jalal's expression after ' Kauue ki chonch me moti' dialogue was hilarious. Ameri Mirchi had too much fun at poor TE's expense. Again a role reversal...but a funny one. 😆

Cleo, I liked the scenes you chose. I did like that last one of them in the prison so you're not the only one!
If that flashback scene can be taken out of the context of Jodha asking for Sharifuddin's release then I would have liked that line also!
